FUMOT Aura Pro Pod Review | One of FUMOT’s Best Devices Yet!

FUMOT have been keeping us busy lately, and this time we’re taking a look at something a little different from the usual high-puff disposables.

This is the FUMOT Aura Pro, a compact refillable pod system with a 1500mAh battery, 2ml refillable pods, adjustable wattage, adjustable airflow, multiple coil options, and a seriously eye-catching curved display running down the front of the device.

And I’ll be honest, this one caught me a bit off guard.

A lot of pod kits are fairly plain-looking little devices. They work well enough, but they don’t exactly get your attention when you take them out of the box. The FUMOT Aura Pro is different. It has a sleek, modern body, a proper bit of weight to it, and a bright animated screen that looks a bit like something out of The Matrix, if The Matrix had more pink, blue, green, and purple going on.

But underneath the flashy screen, this is still a really practical refillable pod kit. You get a 0.6Ω pod pre-installed, a spare 0.8Ω pod in the box, a lanyard, USB-C cable, and a user manual. FUMOT also list additional pod options, including 0.4Ω and 1.0Ω options, so there’s a decent amount of flexibility here depending on how you like to vape.

That’s probably the biggest difference between the FUMOT Aura Pro and the simpler disposable-style devices we’ve reviewed from FUMOT recently. This isn’t just a “take it out of the box and vape until it dies” device. You can refill it, adjust the airflow, change the wattage, swap the pod, and switch between vaping modes. So while it’s still easy enough to use, there’s a bit more control here for anyone who likes to fine-tune their vape.

FUMOT also sent over several nic salt e-liquids to test with the kit, including Cherry Cola, Mixed Berries, Blue Razz Lemonade, Blueberry Raspberry, and Pink Lemonade. So in this review, I’ll be looking at how the FUMOT Aura Pro performs with the supplied e-liquids, how the pods handle flavor and vapor production, how easy it is to refill, how the screen and controls work, and whether this is a good option for disposable users looking to move over to a refillable setup.

What’s in the Box?

The FUMOT Aura Pro comes packaged in a fairly smart-looking box, and compared with some of the louder disposables we’ve reviewed recently, this one feels a bit more grown-up straight away.

The front of the box shows a large image of the device, along with the main feature callouts, including top fill, 40W max power, dual mesh coil, and the “Max Screen / Dynamic Curve / Immersive Vision” display. Each color option has its own matching box design, and FUMOT sent over several versions, including some darker finishes, a pink version, a green version, and a blue version.

Around the side of the box, you’ll see the available coil options listed: 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, and 1.0Ω. On our sample, the 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω options were marked, which makes sense because those are the two cartridges included in the kit.

On the back, you get the full package contents, warnings, company information, barcode, authenticity sticker, certification logos, and the key specs. The box lists a 2ml e-liquid capacity and a 1500mAh battery, which is very solid for a refillable pod kit of this size.

Inside the box, everything is presented nicely. You get the FUMOT Aura Pro device itself, with the 0.6Ω cartridge pre-installed, plus a spare 0.8Ω cartridge. You also get a USB-C charging cable, a FUMOT-branded lanyard, and a user manual.

The user manual is actually worth a quick look with this one, because the FUMOT Aura Pro has a few more controls than your average basic pod kit. The inside of the packaging also gives you a handy little button guide, which explains the main controls: one click wakes the screen, two clicks switch vaping mode, three clicks adjust wattage, four clicks lock or unlock the button, and five clicks powers the device on or off.

It’s a small thing, but I do like that FUMOT have made the control system clear from the start. With devices like this, there’s always a risk of adding a screen, wattage adjustment, modes, and airflow control, then making the whole thing feel more complicated than it needs to be. Here, it’s all laid out clearly enough.

The spare cartridge is also a nice addition. A lot of pod kits only include one pod in the box, which always feels a bit stingy, especially if you’re buying the device for the first time. Including both a 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω cartridge gives you a chance to try slightly different styles of vaping straight away.

The 0.6Ω cartridge is likely to suit a slightly warmer, punchier vape, especially if you want more vapor and a bit more intensity. The 0.8Ω cartridge is better if you prefer a slightly tighter, smoother MTL draw, which is generally where I tend to lean.

Overall, the unboxing experience is really decent. You get everything you need to start using the device, apart from e-liquid, and the kit feels more complete than a lot of refillable pod systems at this level. Device, spare pod, cable, lanyard, manual, clear instructions, it’s all there.

All you need to do to get started is remove the pod, peel off the protective sticker on the base of the pod, fill it up via the plastic fill-port on the side, insert it back into the device, and click the power button 5 times to power the FUMOT Aura Pro on. It’s also worth mentioning – it’s best to leave the pod standing for 10-15 seconds before you take your first puff, just to avoid any dry/burnt hits.

Design & Appearance

Design-wise, the FUMOT Aura Pro makes a very strong first impression.

This doesn’t feel like one of those cheap, basic pod kits that’s been thrown together just to get something on the shelf. Straight out of the box, it has a sleek, modern feel to it, with a slim rectangular body, rounded edges, a curved front display, and a proper bit of weight in the hand. Not heavy in an annoying way, but solid enough to feel like a well-built device.

The version I’ve been using most is the darker finish, which has a glossy black front panel and a slightly metallic-looking body. It looks clean, sharp, and more premium than I expected. FUMOT also sent over a few other color options, including pink, green, blue, and a lighter version, so there’s a decent range depending on whether you want something subtle or a bit more eye-catching.

Size-wise, the FUMOT Aura Pro sits in that nice middle ground between compact and substantial. It’s not tiny, but it’s still very pocket-friendly, and the slim shape makes it easy to carry around. According to the manual, the device measures roughly 99.9mm tall, 28.7mm wide, and 14.1mm thick, which feels about right in real-world use. It’s slim enough to slip into a pocket, but not so small that it feels fiddly.

The overall shape is comfortable as well. The rounded sides help it sit nicely in the hand, and the button placement feels natural when you’re holding it. It doesn’t feel awkward, boxy, or slippery, which can sometimes be an issue with glossy pod kits. You can tell this has been designed as an everyday device, rather than something that only looks good in product photos.

The biggest visual feature is obviously the front screen. FUMOT call it a 3D curved dynamic screen, and while that sounds like typical vape-brand marketing language, it actually does look really good in person. When the screen lights up, you get this animated pattern that reminds me a little bit of The Matrix, only with more pink, blue, green, and purple running through it.

It’s bright, colorful, and genuinely quite cool to look at. But more importantly, it isn’t just there for show. The display also gives you useful information, including the coil resistance, mode, wattage, and battery level. So while the animation is definitely flashy, the screen itself is actually practical as well.

That’s something I appreciate, because a lot of devices now add screens just for the sake of it. They look impressive for five minutes, then you realize they’re not actually telling you much. The FUMOT Aura Pro feels different. The screen gives the device a more modern look, but it also makes the settings easier to follow, especially when you’re changing wattage or switching modes.

The screen is probably going to divide opinion a little bit though. Personally, I really like it. It gives the device a lot of character and makes it feel more interesting than a plain black pod kit. But if you’re someone who likes to vape discreetly, or you prefer a more low-key device, you might find it a bit bright. It would have been nice to have the option to turn the screen animation off completely, but that’s probably just me being fairly picky.

On the side of the device, you’ve got the main button, which feels sturdy and responsive. It doesn’t rattle, it doesn’t feel loose, and it has a nice click to it. The button controls everything, including waking the screen, switching vaping modes, adjusting wattage, locking and unlocking the device, and powering it on or off. We’ll covered the button configurations already, but from a design point of view, the button feels well placed and easy to use.

There’s also an airflow slider on the side, and this is another part of the device that feels nicely done. It’s small, but easy enough to adjust, and it has enough resistance that it doesn’t feel like it’s going to move around by accident in your pocket. Some pod kits have airflow sliders that are either too stiff or too loose, but this one feels just about right.

The pod itself sits at the top of the device and is held in place magnetically. The magnets feel strong, and the pod clicks into place cleanly without any wobble. That’s always a good sign, because a loose pod can make even a decent device feel cheap. Here, everything lines up nicely, and the connection feels secure.

The mouthpiece is also very comfortable. It has a clear, slightly tinted finish and a smooth shape that works well for MTL vaping. It’s not too wide, not too narrow, and doesn’t feel awkward when you’re taking a puff. FUMOT have kept it simple, but it works.

The kit also includes a lanyard, which attaches to the base of the device. I’ll be honest, I didn’t really use it, because I’m not much of a lanyard person, but I can see why some people might like having the option. If you’re using the FUMOT Aura Pro while out and about, at work, walking around, or you just don’t want to keep digging around in your pocket, it’s a useful extra to have in the box.

The USB-C charging port sits at the base of the device, which is pretty standard for this type of kit. There are no rough edges, no obvious gaps, and nothing about the device feels poorly put together.

One of the things I like most about the FUMOT Aura Pro is that it looks more advanced than it actually feels to use. From the outside, it has the screen, animations, wattage control, airflow slider, modes, and replaceable pods, so it definitely has a more feature-packed look than a basic pod kit. But once it’s in your hand, it still feels easy to use, and nothing about the design feels intimidating.

Overall, the FUMOT Aura Pro is a really good-looking pod kit. It feels solid, modern, and nicely finished, with a proper premium feel compared with a lot of simpler refillable devices. The animated screen gives it a flashy, futuristic look, while the slim body, comfortable mouthpiece, magnetic pods, and responsive controls keep it practical for everyday use.

It’s probably not the most discreet pod kit in the world, especially with that colorful screen doing its thing, but it’s easily one of the more interesting-looking refillable devices I’ve used recently.

Performance

Performance is where the FUMOT Aura Pro really starts to justify itself.

On paper, it already looks promising: adjustable wattage, adjustable airflow, Normal and Boost modes, multiple pod options, dual mesh cartridges, and a 1500mAh battery. But specs only tell you so much. The more important question is whether all of that actually comes together in day-to-day use, or whether it just ends up feeling like a simple pod kit with a flashy screen stuck on the front.

Thankfully, the Aura Pro performs extremely well.

The first thing that stood out to me was the draw. With the airflow set about halfway open, the Aura Pro gives a really satisfying MTL vape. Not too tight, not too loose, and very close to that familiar cigarette-style pull a lot of people are looking for when they move over from smoking or disposables.

You can tighten it right down if you want a proper restricted MTL draw, and fully closed it does get seriously tight. Open it up, and there’s enough airflow there for a restricted direct-to-lung vape, especially with the lower-resistance pod options. For me though, halfway open was the sweet spot. It gave the best balance of flavor, warmth, vapor, and comfort for me personally.

The airflow slider itself feels nicely tuned as well. It’s responsive and easy to adjust, but it doesn’t feel loose or flimsy. Once you set it where you want it, it stays there, which is exactly what you want. There’s nothing worse than a pod kit where the airflow keeps moving around in your pocket.

The 0.6Ω cartridge comes pre-installed, and this is probably the pod most people will start with. In Normal mode, the device defaults to 20W, which honestly feels spot on. At 20W with the 0.6Ω pod, the Aura Pro gives a smooth, warm, flavorful vape with a decent amount of vapor without feeling too aggressive.

Boost mode pushes things further. With the 0.6Ω cartridge installed, Boost mode defaults to 30W, and the difference is noticeable straight away. You get more vapor, a slightly warmer vape, and a stronger flavor hit. It’s not some tiny change you barely notice. Boost mode actually does what it’s supposed to do.

Personally, I preferred Normal mode at 13W for regular use with the 0.6Ω pod. It feels smoother, more controlled, and better suited to nic salts. Boost mode is great when you want a punchier vape, but with stronger e-liquids, I wouldn’t necessarily want to sit there hammering it at 30W all day.

One thing worth mentioning here is the 40W max power claim. FUMOT list the Aura Pro as a 40W device, and that’s also printed on the packaging, but this doesn’t mean every cartridge can be pushed all the way up to 40W.

As mentioned, with the 0.6Ω cartridge installed, the device defaults to 20W in Normal mode and 30W in Boost mode, and in our testing, 30W appeared to be the upper limit for that pod. That makes sense, as 30W is already plenty for a 0.6Ω pod, especially with nic salts, and pushing it much higher probably wouldn’t do the coil any favors.

Our guess is that the full 40W output is reserved for the lower-resistance 0.4Ω cartridge, rather than the 0.6Ω or 0.8Ω pods included in the kit.

So while the Aura Pro is marketed as a 40W pod system, don’t expect every cartridge to run at the full 40W. In day-to-day use, the device seems to match the wattage range to the pod you’re using, which is probably a good thing for flavor, coil life, and avoiding burnt hits.

The spare 0.8Ω cartridge is also excellent, and to be honest, this was probably my personal favorite of the two included pods. I generally prefer higher-resistance coils anyway, especially for MTL vaping, and the 0.8Ω cartridge gives you a slightly calmer, tighter, more refined vape.

With the 0.8Ω pod, I’d be looking somewhere around the mid-to-high teens for wattage, depending on the e-liquid and how warm you like your vape. Around 16–18W feels like the sensible range for that cartridge, especially if you’re using nic salts. It gives you plenty of flavor without making the vape too warm or intense.

Flavor quality across both pods is genuinely impressive. FUMOT sent over a few nic salt e-liquids to test with the Aura Pro, including Cherry Cola, Mixed Berries, Blue Razz Lemonade, Blueberry Raspberry, and Pink Lemonade, and they were all excellent. Bright, sweet, punchy, well-blended, and very much in that modern disposable-style flavor category.

That’s actually one of the things I liked most about this kit. If you’re coming from disposables and you’re worried a refillable pod kit won’t give you that same strong flavor hit, the Aura Pro does a really good job of closing that gap. You still get the benefit of using your own e-liquid, but the flavor delivery is strong enough that it doesn’t feel like a downgrade from a disposable.

Vapor production is also very good for a compact pod kit. With the airflow half open and the 0.6Ω pod running at 20W, you get a nice dense plume that feels satisfying without being ridiculous. It’s not a cloud-chasing device, but that’s clearly not what it’s trying to be. It gives you enough vapor to feel like you’re getting a proper puff, while still staying in that everyday MTL/RDTL territory.

Open the airflow and use Boost mode, and the vapor does increase noticeably. Again, it’s not turning into a full sub-ohm tank, but for a pod system this size, the output is more than respectable.

I didn’t run into any issues with leaking, gurgling, spitback, dry hits, or burnt hits. The pods stayed clean, the flavor stayed consistent, and the vape remained smooth throughout use. The side-fill port is also simple and mess-free, which helps. Fill it, close the little silicone plug, pop the pod back in, and you’re done.

The magnetic pod connection is solid too. The pod snaps into place cleanly and doesn’t wobble around, which gives the whole device a more polished feel. It’s a small thing, but when you’re using a pod kit all day, those little details matter.

The controls are another strong point. On devices like this, there’s always a risk of things becoming too complicated, especially when you add wattage adjustment, modes, locking, screen animations, and airflow control. But the Aura Pro keeps it fairly straightforward.

One click wakes the screen, two clicks switch between Normal and Boost mode, three clicks lets you adjust wattage, four clicks locks or unlocks the button, and five clicks turns the device on or off. Once you’ve done it a couple of times, it’s easy enough to remember.

Changing wattage is simple, and the screen makes it clear what’s going on. The button feels sturdy and responsive, so you’re not fighting with it or wondering whether your clicks have registered.

Battery life is also excellent. The Aura Pro has a 1500mAh battery, which is generous for a device this size, and in real-world use I was getting around two days of heavy vaping before needing to recharge. Casual users will obviously get longer, but even if you vape a lot throughout the day, the battery holds up really well.

Charging is handled via USB-C, and while I didn’t time it down to the exact minute, it took a little over an hour to recharge fully. The screen lights up while charging and shows the battery percentage, which is much more useful than guessing from a tiny flashing LED.

The Aura Pro also supports pass-through vaping, which is always a big bonus. If the battery runs low, you can plug it in and keep vaping while it charges. I didn’t notice any heat issues while charging either, which is reassuring.

Overall, the Aura Pro is an excellent performer. The 0.6Ω pod gives you a warm, punchy, flavorful vape, the 0.8Ω pod is great if you prefer a slightly tighter and smoother MTL draw, the airflow range is genuinely useful, and the battery life is very strong.

It has enough control to keep more experienced vapers happy, but it doesn’t feel overly complicated once you get used to the button shortcuts. For disposable users looking to move to something refillable, it offers a familiar flavor-forward vape with much better flexibility. For regular pod kit users, it’s just a very capable little device.

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about here. It vapes well, it’s easy to adjust, it doesn’t leak, the flavor is excellent, and the battery lasts. Overall, FUMOT have done a cracking job with the Aura Pro and it’s genuinely hard to find a fault with this thing!

Flavors

Because the FUMOT Aura Pro is a refillable pod kit, the flavor section works a little differently to a disposable vape review.

With a disposable, you’re reviewing the exact flavor built into the device. With the Aura Pro, you’re really reviewing two things at once: the e-liquid FUMOT sent over, and how well the pods actually deliver that flavor.

Thankfully, both sides of the equation are excellent.

FUMOT sent over several nic salt e-liquids to test with the Aura Pro, including Cherry Cola, Mixed Berries, Blue Razz Lemonade, Blueberry Raspberry, and Pink Lemonade. I tried all of them across the two included pods, and honestly, there wasn’t a bad one in the bunch.

They’re all very much in that modern disposable-style flavor category, so if you like subtle, tobacco-heavy, or barely-sweet e-liquids, these probably won’t be your thing. But if you like bold, sweet, punchy fruit and soda flavors, FUMOT have done a really good job here.

The strongest thing across the range is how clean the flavors taste. They’re sweet, but not sickly. Bright, but not harsh. Strong, but not weirdly chemical. That’s not always guaranteed with this style of e-liquid, especially when you’re dealing with big fruit blends that can easily become a bit much after a while.

Cherry Cola was one of the most enjoyable for me. Cola flavors can be difficult to get right, because they can sometimes taste flat, medicinal, or like cheap cola bottle sweets in the worst possible way. This one has that fizzy cola sweetness, but with a nice cherry note over the top that gives it a bit more depth. It’s sweet and fun, but it doesn’t have that strange cough syrup edge you sometimes get from cherry flavors.

Mixed Berries is exactly the sort of flavor that works well in this kit. It’s juicy, smooth, and very easy to vape for long periods. You get that familiar berry sweetness, but it doesn’t taste like one generic red fruit flavor. There’s enough going on to keep it interesting, and the Aura Pro does a good job of keeping the flavor full without making it feel too heavy.

Blue Razz Lemonade was another strong one. It has that classic blue raspberry sharpness, with the lemonade adding a little bit of fizz and brightness at the end. It’s probably one of the punchier flavors in the lineup, and if you like disposable-style blue razz flavors, this one hits the mark nicely.

Blueberry Raspberry is slightly softer and smoother than the Blue Razz Lemonade, but still full of flavor. The blueberry gives it a deeper, sweeter base, while the raspberry adds a little tartness to keep it from becoming too flat. It’s a really well-balanced fruit blend, and it worked especially nicely with the 0.8Ω pod for a slightly calmer MTL vape.

Then there’s Pink Lemonade, which is another very easy one to recommend. It’s bright, sweet, slightly tangy, and refreshing without being too sour. This is probably the safest all-day option of the bunch, because it has plenty of flavor without being quite as intense as some of the darker berry blends.

If I had to pick a standout, I’d probably go with Blue Razz Lemonade for the strongest, most disposable-like flavor hit, or Pink Lemonade if you want something a little smoother and easier to vape all day. But honestly, they were all really good.

The Aura Pro’s pods do a brilliant job of bringing those flavors through. The 0.6Ω cartridge gives you a warmer, punchier vape with more vapor and a stronger flavor hit, especially in Boost mode. If you want that bold, saturated disposable-style taste, the 0.6Ω pod is probably the one to use.

The 0.8Ω pod is a little more relaxed. It still delivers loads of flavor, but the vape feels slightly tighter, smoother, and more controlled. That’s the pod I personally preferred for regular MTL vaping, especially with nic salts, because it gives you a satisfying hit without making everything feel too intense.

What impressed me most was that the flavor didn’t feel thin or muted at any point. Some pod kits struggle to match the strength you get from a good disposable, especially with fruit and lemonade flavors. The Aura Pro doesn’t really have that problem. It gives you proper, full-bodied flavor, and if you’re moving over from disposables, it shouldn’t feel like a disappointing step down.

Of course, the big advantage here is that you’re not locked into FUMOT’s e-liquids. You can use whatever e-liquid you like, as long as it suits the pod and the style of vaping you’re going for. For most people using this as an MTL or loose MTL kit, I’d probably stick with nic salts or 50/50-style e-liquids rather than very thick high-VG liquids though, especially with the higher-resistance pods.

FUMOT don’t appear to list the PG/VG ratio on the bottles they sent us, so I can’t say exactly what blend they used. But based on how they vaped, they worked very well in the Aura Pro, with no wicking issues, no burnt taste, no gurgling, and no leaking.

Overall, flavor is one of the Aura Pro’s biggest strengths. The supplied FUMOT nic salts were excellent, the pods handled them brilliantly, and both the 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω cartridges delivered a rich, satisfying vape. Whether you want a punchy disposable-style hit or a smoother everyday MTL vape, the Aura Pro does a seriously good job.

Price

At the time of writing, the FUMOT Aura Pro still seems to be fairly new to the market, so pricing and availability are not quite as settled as they are with more established pod kits.

We found some listings showing the device as “coming soon,” while one UK retailer had the Aura Pro Refillable Pod Kit listed at around £28.50, which gives us at least a rough idea of where it might sit once wider stock becomes available.

And honestly, if it settles around that sort of price, I think the value is exceptional…

This isn’t just a barebones pod kit with one cartridge and nothing else in the box. You’re getting the Aura Pro device, a 0.6Ω pod pre-installed, a spare 0.8Ω pod, USB-C charging cable, lanyard, user manual, adjustable wattage, adjustable airflow, Normal and Boost modes, a 1500mAh battery, and that large animated screen on the front.

That’s a decent package for the money.

Of course, price is always relative. If you’re used to buying disposable vapes, the upfront cost of a refillable pod kit can feel slightly higher. But long term, a kit like this should work out much cheaper because you’re only replacing e-liquid and cartridges rather than buying a whole new device every time.

That’s where the Aura Pro makes a lot of sense. You still get that strong, punchy, disposable-style flavor, especially with FUMOT’s nic salts, but you’re not locked into a sealed device. You can refill the pod, swap cartridges when needed, choose or make your own e-liquid, adjust the airflow, and fine-tune the wattage.

Compared with a basic beginner pod kit, the Aura Pro is probably going to cost a little more. But compared with premium refillable pod systems, it doesn’t feel expensive at all, especially when you consider the screen, battery size, included spare pod, and overall performance.

The only thing to keep in mind is replacement pod pricing, which will matter over time. The kit itself is only part of the equation. If the replacement cartridges are sensibly priced, the Aura Pro becomes even easier to recommend. If they end up being expensive or hard to find, that could affect the long-term value slightly.

But based on the device itself, the included extras, and the way it performs, the early price point feels fair.

This isn’t the cheapest pod kit you’ll find, but it also doesn’t feel like a cheap pod kit. It feels solid, looks modern, vapes brilliantly, and gives you enough control to grow into it without becoming overly complicated.

So from a value point of view, the Aura Pro is in a strong position. If it becomes widely available around the £25–£30 mark, I think it will be a really competitive option for anyone looking for a refillable pod kit with a bit more style, power, and flexibility than the usual basic starter device.

Verdict

The FUMOT Aura Pro is easily one of the best devices I’ve tested from FUMOT so far.

That might sound like a bold statement, especially considering FUMOT have sent over quite a few strong disposables recently, but the Aura Pro feels like a proper step up. It’s still compact, still easy to use, and still very flavor-focused, but it gives you much more control than a standard disposable.

The design is excellent – it feels solid in the hand, the curved screen looks fantastic, the button feels sturdy, the pods click into place nicely, and the whole device has a much more premium feel than I was expecting. It doesn’t feel cheap, flimsy, or rushed. It feels like a pod kit FUMOT have actually taken their time with.

Performance is even better. The 0.6Ω cartridge gives you a warm, punchy vape with excellent flavor and decent vapor, while the 0.8Ω cartridge is perfect if you prefer a slightly tighter, smoother MTL draw. Personally, I preferred the 0.8Ω pod, but both are very good.

The airflow control is also spot on. Fully closed gives you a proper tight MTL vape, halfway open feels close to a cigarette-style draw, and fully open gives you enough airflow for restricted direct-to-lung vaping. That kind of flexibility makes the Aura Pro suitable for a wider range of vapers than a lot of pod kits in this category.

The flavor performance is genuinely impressive too. With the FUMOT nic salts we tested, everything came through bright, sweet, clean, and full-bodied. Cherry Cola, Mixed Berries, Blue Razz Lemonade, Blueberry Raspberry, and Pink Lemonade were all excellent, and the pods handled them beautifully.

Battery life is another major strength. The 1500mAh battery comfortably got me through heavy use, and pass-through vaping means you’re not stuck waiting around if you forget to charge it. The screen showing the battery percentage while charging is a nice touch as well.

There really isn’t much to complain about. The animated screen might be a bit flashy for some people, and it would be nice to have the option to turn it off completely if you want to vape more discreetly. The 40W max output also needs a little bit of context, because the included 0.6Ω pod seems to top out at 30W, with the full 40W likely reserved for the lower-resistance 0.4Ω cartridge.

But none of that takes much away from the overall experience.

The Aura Pro is sleek, reliable, powerful, easy to refill, comfortable to use, and packed with enough features to keep things interesting without becoming annoying. It gives you a proper refillable pod kit experience, but still keeps some of that strong, satisfying, disposable-style flavor that a lot of users are looking for.

If you’re currently using disposables and want to move to something refillable without losing that bold flavor hit, the Aura Pro is a brilliant option. And if you already use pod kits but want something with a bit more style, battery life, airflow control, and screen appeal, it’s still very easy to recommend.

Overall, FUMOT have done a seriously good job here. The Aura Pro looks great, vapes brilliantly, and feels like one of their most complete devices yet.
