Up for review is Innokin’s Innobar 7000 disposable, one of several disposables Innokin have released to market over the last 12 months. It’s a massive 7,000 puff disposable holding 16ml of e-liquid with a 650mAh capacity rechargeable battery.
We must point out that the Innobar 7000 disposable is designed for Non-TPD markets that have unrestricted e-liquid capacity and higher nicotine strength limits. TPD regions are limited to a maximum e-liquid capacity of 2ml with nicotine strengths not exceeding 20mg (2%) so cannot be sold in those regions.
This review on the Innobar 7000 is not to be confused with a very similar named device, the Innokin Innobar V7000 disposable as it is a completely different beast.
We were kindly sent 8 different flavors of the Innobar 7000 disposables from the guys and girls over at Innokin to review. We will include a flavor profile on these 8 disposables we received and mention the other 4 in their flavor range.
Overview of the Innobar 7000
The Innobar 7000 is an up to 7,000 puff disposable vape, designed and manufactured by Innokin and is available in 12 different flavors. It’s a single use auto-draw activated disposable measuring 78.2mm (tall), 45mm (wide) and 17mm (depth) with a weight of 48.5 grams.
It has an internal 650mAh capacity rechargeable battery and holds a massive 16ml of e-liquid having a nicotine strength of 50mg (5%). Considering its large puff count and e-liquid capacity, it’s incredible that it’s all contained in such a small sized device.
Variable airflow control on the base of the Innobar 7000 can be adjusted via a small slider lever to alter the restriction of the Mouth-To-Lung (MTL) draw.
There is a small blue LED at the bottom of the Innobar 7000 that illuminates when you draw on the mouthpiece and it will also blink when the disposable needs charging. A Type-C USB charging port next to the LED, specified as 350mAh will fully charge the Innobar 7000 in 2 hours.
An integrated 1.2 ohm mesh coil coupled with the 3.6V constant output produces excellent flavor and a decent amount of vapor right up till the battery cuts out and needs recharging.
I would like to thank Alisa at Innokin for sending us the Innobar 7000 disposable in 8 different flavors to review. As always this review is completely unbiased and my honest view and opinions based during my time using the Innobar 7000. What’s in the Box?
Inside the cardboard packaging is the Innobar 7000 disposable vape sealed in a polyphene sachet.
Once you tear open the sachet and remove the Innobar 7000 there is a clear silicone rubber bung inserted into the mouthpiece and a clear lift off sticker across the base protecting the airflow slider, LED and Type-C USB charging port.
Ensure you remove the white silicone mouthpiece bung and the clear sticker before using the device.
What isn’t included is a Type-C USB charging cable or a pamphlet detailing any instructions. Any standard Type-C to USB charging cable will suffice. As for instruction, there is really no need as you simply draw on the mouthpiece to vape and that’s it.
The Innobar 7000 disposable comes in a cardboard box with a lift open top measuring 100mm by 58mm by 25mm. The weight of the disposable including its packaging is approximately 55 grams.
Each box is individually colored in the matching flavor of the included device. On the front of the packaging is a photo of the colored Innobar 7000 together with the flavor name. To the right of the photo are boxed statements which include number of puffs (7000), nicotine strength (5%), 650mAh rechargeable battery, Type-C USB charging, Mesh coil, Adjustable airflow, powered by Innokin and of course the standard nicotine warning.
The right side of the box again shows the flavor name, 7000 puffs and 5% nicotine. There is also a production date and expiry date. The left side highlights Innobar and the ingredients; Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Food Flavorings and Nicotine (5%).
At the top of the box is Innokin, Innobar and the flavor name while the bottom of the box has the authentication sticker. On the reverse of the packaging are the product warnings, kite-mark symbols and the manufacturer’s details.
Interestingly the e-liquid capacity is not mentioned anywhere on the packaging!
Innobar 7000 Disposable Design and Appearance
Dimensions of the Innobar 7000 measure 78.2mm tall (including the mouthpiece) by 45mm wide and 17mm deep and weighs in at approximately 48.5 grams. I couldn’t find any detail on its construction material so can only say what I think it is.
I’m assuming it’s made out of aluminium alloy although because it’s very light it may well be plastic. On its outer side, top and bottom edges it’s covered in a black smooth semi-matt plastic or hard rubber surround. The front and reverse faces are colored to match the flavor of the device and again appear to be made out of a hard durable plastic type material. Whatever it is it does feel very tactile and hard-wearing.
The Innobar 7000 disposable has an up to 7000 puff count and contains a massive 16ml of e-liquid at a nicotine strength of 50mg (5%) Nic Salts. There are a total of 12 different flavors to choose from, 8 of which we have here to review.
Output power of the Innobar 7000, although not specified, I’m assuming is approximately 11W which is derived from the constant output voltage of 3.6V and the 1.2 ohm mesh coil. What is great to see is the intensity of the draw remains constant throughout the discharge cycle of the battery and doesn’t tailor off as the battery discharges.
Unlike the smaller capacity disposables (600 puffs), because the Innobar 7000 is a monster in comparison (7000 puffs), it has a pretty decent 650mAh capacity rechargeable battery. A Type-C USB charging port, specified as 5V/350mA, on the bottom of the Innobar 7000 will fully charge the device in approximately 2 hours.
The small pinhole (2mm) to the side of the Type-C USB port conceals a blue LED beneath that illuminates when you draw on the mouthpiece to take a puff. This blue LED will also flash 10 times when the battery has run out of charge and illuminate when the Innobar 7000 is placed on charge.
In the center of the flat base of the Innobar 7000 is a recessed variable airflow control lever that can increase or decrease the air intake to alter the restriction of the MTL draw. To the side of this lever is a 2mm hole that will open or close depending of the position of the lever.
What does surprise me is the air intake hole appears to be open if the lever is moved in the left OR right position. The airflow does alter at the two ends of the travel as the holes at each end are slightly different sizes. When the lever is centralized, the air intake hole closes. The airflow does change but not how I would have expected.
The mouthpiece of the Innobar 7000 is integrated into the top section of the main body and offset to one side. It’s a duckbill style shape and made out of the same black material as the outer edges of the main body. It measures 14mm long by 16.5mm wide with the oval opening in the end of the mouthpiece measuring 6.5mm.
Branding is written in white lettering on the front and reverse sides; “Innobar” and “flavor name” with “7000 Puffs” on one side and “Innokin” on the other side. Both these sides are color graded with the bottom half of each side having a wavy line with multiple vertical colored bars beneath.
Innobar 7000 Disposable Performance
Simply take out of the packaging, remove the silicone mouthpiece bung and base protector and vape. It’s as simple as that. The Innobar 7000 comes pre-charged with a nominal voltage so you’re good to go straight away.
Moving the airflow lever on the base of the Innobar 7000 adjusts the tightness of your draw if required. Airflow lever positioned towards the blue LED/USB port increases the airflow and will produce an airy MTL draw. Away from the blue LED/USB port will restrict the airflow and tighten the MTL draw.
Fine tuning the airflow control wasn’t the easiest. Yes you can alter the airflow and yes it does change the tightness of the draw so it does work.
Irrespective of the airflow lever position, the draw was very smooth and very quiet with no gurgling or spitting. The auto draw worked faultlessly and even the slightest of draws on the mouthpiece activated the auto draw. I found because of the 50mg nicotine strength (I don’t normally exceed 20mg), my draw was limited to a quick 1 second puff which worked wonders with the puff count and battery life.
Flavor and Vapor:
Out of the 8 different flavors we tried (more on these in the flavor section), each flavor came through as true to form against its flavor name. The flavor was really nice, flavorsome without being too overpowering.
I didn’t find any of the flavors overly sweet which I was very pleased to see. Some of the flavors have coolant added but again I was pleased to find that it wasn’t overpowering. I found after hours of vaping my throat was a little sensitive which I normally associate with the Ice additive but I believe this was due to the increased 50mg nicotine strength.
Vapor was really good too, not enough to fill the room but much more than I expected. Considering I was only drawing for a short 1 second burst each time then it was more than enough. I did take a few longer draws and the vapor became much denser but my poor throat suffered with the nicotine kick.
We’ve included a flavor profile on each of the 8 flavors we received in the “Flavor” section of this review and as a teaser there are some really good ones.
Puff count is always difficult to verify and very subjective and depends of the length and frequency of your draws (puffs). I normally use a mechanical clicker to determine how many puffs I get from each disposable but in this case (7000 puffs) was a tall order.
I decided to monitor a single day’s use and record the puff count for that day and multiply that figure by the number of days I got out of the Innobar 7000.
My average puff count over 1 day vaping for a 1 second draw was 600. Each Innobar on average lasted me between 11-12 days of vaping before it ran out of juice therefore this equates to between 6600 and 7200 puffs.
In summary I can say that the 7000 puff count is about right. Obviously as I pointed out earlier this is subjective and if you take a longer draw the puff count will go down. Equally if you average less than 600 puffs a day then the Innobar 7000 is likely to last longer than 12 days.
With the 650mAh battery fully charged, I was achieving on average around 2 good days before the battery became discharged (blue LED flashing 10 times). My recorded puff count for two full charges was 1194 and 1227.
I must say 2 full days of vaping from a single charge is REALLY impressive.
Unfortunately there is no early visible warning indication as to the current discharge status of the battery. The LED on the base of the Innobar 7000 illuminates blue each time you draw and only flashes 10 times when the battery has reached its low battery cut-off value.
The intensity of the draw remained the same throughout the discharge cycle of the battery even up to the point just before the battery cut-out.
On average I recharged the battery 6 times during the life of the disposable with no issues at all. The battery didn’t fail or stop charging on any of the 8 we had to review.
We’ve included a section on “Charging the Innobar 7000” later on in this review.
If your draw exceeds 10 seconds, the little blue LED on the base of the Innobar 7000 will flash 2 times and and you will no longer be able to draw until it has stopped flashing.
Does It Leak?
I’ve added this section because over the last few months we’ve received a few general comments about other disposables that people have had leak on them.
I can say the 8 Innobar 7000 disposables we received have showed no signs of leaking, all 8 worked faultlessly.
Innobar 7000 Disposable Flavors
Innokin were kind enough to send us 8 different flavors out of the available 12 they do in the Innobar 7000 range. As I’ve always found on all of Innokin’s disposables, they certainly don’t disappoint and these Innobar 7000’s are no different.
Far too often, disposables can be too overpowering in terms of flavor strength, too sweet and if ice is added then it’s too cold leaving a numbness in the throat and tongue afterwards. All 8 of these flavors were crisp, fresh and very satisfying. Even the Watermelon Ice, which is the only flavor with “Ice” in the flavor title wasn’t too cold.
The 12 different flavors available in the Innobar 7000 disposable range are:
- Blue Razz
- Mixed Berries
- Watermelon Bubblegum
- Strawberry Raspberry Cherry
- Strawberry Kiwi
- Kiwi Passionfruit Guava
- Tropical Gummy
- Pink Lemonade
- Pineapple Coconut
- Peach Mango Watermelon
- Watermelon Ice
The only four flavors we didn’t receive to try were Watermelon Bubblegum, Kiwi Passionfruit Guava, Tropical Gummy and Peach Mango Watermelon but if the others are anything to go by then they should be equally as good.
We’ve given a brief description of each flavor we tried and what our thoughts of them are below. Bear in mind that flavors are very individual and their like and dislikes will differ from one person to another.
Strawberry Raspberry Cherry
On the initial inhale I was detecting a slight tart cherry flavor which was quickly overtaken by a crisp raspberry tone as I began to exhale. Several draws later I was beginning to pick out a fainter strawberry flavor.
It’s a lovely combination of the different fruits resulting in a very enjoyable vape. It’s one of those flavors that each time you draw you try to identify which particular flavor is coming through stronger.
I found the combination of these two fruits worked really well together. I wouldn’t say one is stronger over the other and I did struggle a little to pick out the individual flavors. It’s not an out and out strawberry but a very enjoyable vape with a little difference.
Slightly sweet with a refreshing coolness resulting in a crisp clean tropical type blend.
This one is bursting with an explosion of berries and it comes through nice and strong. Definitely a blueberry and raspberry taste with possibly blackberries thrown in for good measures.
Not overly sweet and if a cooling agent was added then it’s quite subtle. I kept coming back to this one.
A strong ripe pineapple flavor blended with a slightly less prominent coconut undertone that works brilliantly together. It has a slight sweet taste that’s left lingering in your mouth and on your lips. It’s a lovely refreshing vape that leaves a touch of coolness in the back of your throat.
I love watermelon and this one is up there with the best of them. Most definitely a ripe juicy sweet mouthwatering watermelon that transcends you back to a sun-drenched beach. You can imagine the juices oozing down your chin with every draw.
The ice content gives it that extra kick leaving your mouth completely fresh. I did find after a while of vaping this one the freeze was a little overpowering for my likes but nevertheless a really nice flavor.
Oh my word, the mixed berries is exactly that. Pinpointing individual flavors was a challenge and one that I failed to identify. I think Innokin have included every berry under the sun.
Its a wonderful combination of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and anything else thrown into the mix. This one comes over as being quite strong with a sweet aftertaste and a coolness in the throat.
It’s not too dissimilar to the Blue Razz flavor we tried earlier.
A lovely fizzy lemonade with an added red fruit flavor. What that flavor is I cant quite put my finger on it. Could be cranberries or possibly raspberries but whatever it is it’s really nice.
The fizz replicates the bubbles you would get from drinking a cold glass of lemonade and I say cold because it has a frosty kick on the inhale.
I get confused with minty flavors as I’m always trying to figure out if its a spearmint, peppermint, eucalyptus or just plain mint. This I can say is a perfect SPEARMINT and tastes exactly like your chewing on a Wrigley’s Spearmint Gum.
It leaves a lovely cool freshness in your mouth after each draw and for a single flavor it’s a really good one.
I’ve always really enjoyed Innokin’s flavors across all of their different disposables we’ve tried. The standout points for me are they never appear to be over-flavored or over-sweetened and don’t burn your throat with an ice blast.
Each of the 8 different flavors we tried from the Innobar 7000 range came across as being very smooth, were flavorsome and some a little sweet at times but really enjoyable. Most of them had a subtle hint of coolness on the draw intake which lingered in the throat leaving a fresh aftertaste.
The watermelon ice was the only one for me that became a bit too cold after vaping it for a while but that’s just my take on it.
Overall, there wasn’t a single flavor that I didn’t like. I would happily vape any of these flavors time and time again..
Charging the Innobar 7000 Disposable
Firstly, the Innobar 7000 disposables don’t come with a Type-C charging cable. In order to charge the device you will require a suitable charging cable. Most mobile phones, tablets or existing pods/mods charging cables will suffice as long as they have the Type-C connection.
During use, once the blue LED on the base of the Innobar 7000 disposable flashes 10 times you will no longer be able to vape and will have to recharge the battery.
Plug your charging cable into the Type-C USB port on the bottom of the Innobar 7000. Connect the other end into a suitable power source (typically 5V/1A) or higher.
When placed on charge the blue LED will illuminate and remain illuminated throughout the charging cycle until it becomes fully charged, at which point the LED will extinguish and you can remove the power source. I timed the charging cycle and it took approximately 2 hours.
This is quite a long charging time especially as the Innobar 7000 disposable doesn’t have pass-through so you won’t be able to charge and vape at the same time. A perfect excuse to have more than one Innobar 7000 on the go at any one time.
While the Innobar 7000 disposable is being charged, it does remain cool to the touch but I would still recommend to ONLY charge the device on a non-flammable surface.
As with any vape device, NEVER leave it unattended whilst charging.
Innobar 7000 Disposable Price
At the time of writing this review, the Innokin Innobar 7000 disposable is only just about to be released so it’s not widely available as of yet. We’ve seen that Element Vape currently have it in stock for $12.99 and I’m sure that many other retailers will be stocking up on them very soon.
If this price is going to be about the average, then for a large puff count disposable with great flavors and performance, it’s a great price.

Innobar 7000 Disposable Summary
Flavor and performance wise we couldn’t fault them, all the flavors we tested were really nice. The draw activation worked every time and the draw was very smooth and quite. It was really nice that the “ice” was not overpowering and gave just that little hint of coolness.
The rechargeable battery lasted a good 2 days before it required charging and the e-liquid lasts well over a week, nearly 2 weeks if you’re a light to medium vaper. I found the draw on the mouthpiece gave a really good fairly tight MTL draw and can be adjusted to suit your individual style of vaping.
Something you don’t always see is the constant output, meaning the intensity of the draw remains the same right up to the point the battery requires recharging. Yet another plus point for the Innobar 7000.
Overall, I was very impressed with the Innobar 7000 disposables and think these will be a big hit. My only downside with them is they don’t come in a 20mg strength and the charging time is quite long.
