Welcome to our review of the second Lota disposable vape device that implements the Aquios 30% water based vaping technology; the Lota F600 Disposable. We were kindly sent 9 different flavors of the Lota F600 disposable from the guys and girls at Innokin to review. Carry on reading to discover what we thought as we put them to the test.
We have been reporting on this new concept in our News Items concerning the collaboration between Innokin and Aquios Labs around e-liquid that has been developed using 30% water. We’ve also very recently reviewed Innokin’s Lota Enviro disposable that utilizes this same technology, so do take a look at that one too.
Prior to using these 30% Aquios water based e-liquids, we were very sceptical about its performance in terms of flavor and vapor but if you’ve already read our Lota Enviro review you will know that the results really were very good.
Over the last couple of years we’ve reviewed and used many disposables, some not so good and some very good and I would honestly say that for me personally, these two new disposables from Innokin tick all the boxes. They are on my top 5 all-time list.
Overview
The Lota F600 is a 600 puff disposable vape, designed and manufactured by Innokin and is available in 10 different flavors. It’s a closed pod auto-draw activated system measuring 81mm in length and 22mm in diameter. It has an internal 450mAh non re-chargeable battery and holds 2ml of e-liquid, coming in 20mg (2%) nicotine strength.
As we touched on earlier, Innokin’s collaboration with Aquios means that the Lota F600 integrates their water-based vaping technology which contains 30% water with reduced PG and VG base mix delivering a smooth, flavorful and discreet vaping experience.
The life-cycle of the disposable vape is a single use device and specified to last for approximately 600 puffs. Operation is very straight-forward, just remove from the recyclable packaging, take off the mouthpiece and bottom protectors and use. When it’s finished you simply dispose of and use another one.
There is a small blue LED at the bottom of the Lota F600 that illuminates when you draw on the device. When the device is at its end of life i.e. the e-liquid has all been used, the little blue LED blinks 10 times to let the user know it’s time to open a new one.
Airflow to the device is achieved via the small single airflow intake hole on the bottom of the Lota F600 which provides quite a nice restrictive Mouth to Lung (MTL) draw.
The integrated 1.1 ohm mesh coil works perfectly with the 30%-30%-30% ratio of PG/VG/Water providing an output power of 11W with very good flavor and vapor.

What’s in the box?
The Lota F600 disposable vape comes in a cardboard box measuring 110mm by 28mm by 28mm. The weight of the disposable pod including its packaging is approximately 38.5 grams.
Each box is individually colored in the matching flavor of the device and highlights the flavor, amount of puffs, ingredients, nicotine strength, battery and e-liquid capacity and the standard nicotine warning.
Inside the cardboard packaging is the Lota F600 disposable vape sealed in a polypheane sachet. Once you tear open the sachet and remove the Lota F600 there is a clear silicone rubber cover that fits over the mouthpiece for protection and a clear sticky lift off base protector covering the single airflow hole at the base of the device.
Also included in the packaging is a detailed warning pamphlet which covers the Low Battery and Cut-Off time indications together with important safety information.
Lota F600 Disposable Vape Design and Appearance
The Lota F600 disposable is a 600 puff device and measures 81mm in length by 22mm in diameter and weighs in at approximately 32 grams. The battery is non-chargeable and non-replaceable and as such incorporates an internal 450mAh capacity battery.
Overall, size wise they are pretty small and resemble the size and shape of a standard 18650 battery.
E-Liquid capacity is 2ml and comes in 10 different flavors with a nicotine strength of 20mg/ml (2%). The e-liquid is pre-filled and not re-fillable. Even though the ratios of e-liquid in the disposable is not printed on the packaging, the PG/VG/Water content is 30% PG, 30% VG and 30% Water.
Again, because this is a disposable, the 1.1 ohm mesh integrated coil is not replaceable. When the disposable vape is finished i.e. either the battery has depleted or the e-liquid has run out, the Lota F600 is simply disposed of.
Output power of the Lota F600 is approximately 11W which is derived from the output voltage of 3.6V and the 1.1 ohm mesh coil. This combination produces the optimum vape experience achieving very good flavor and vapor, even with the reduced PG/VG content.
The mouthpiece of the Lota F600 is integrated into the F600 body and is made out of clear food grade silicone which provides a reasonably tight Mouth to Lung (MTL) draw.
The mouthpiece is circular in shape and measures approx. 9mm long by 10mm diameter at its base tapering down to 9.5mm diameter at the end of the mouthpiece. The opening in the end of the mouthpiece measures 5mm in diameter.
On the bottom of the Lota F600 is a single airflow intake hole with a blue LED concealed below this hole that illuminates when the mouthpiece is drawn on.
When the e-liquid has run out or the battery becomes depleted, the blue LED will flash 10 times indicating end of life. The Flavor name together with the CE marking is printed on the base just below the airflow/LED hole.
Construction of the Lota F600 is a silicone two stage injection moulding process with a single colored inner shell that has a very subtle sculptured surface encased in a smooth clear outer shell. The clear shiny outer shell, even though looks like glass, has a resistance to its surface making it non slip. Each color is different and corresponds to the specific flavor of that disposable.
Branding is very discrete and written in a slightly lighter color of the colored body. Each flavored disposable has the “flavor name” written on its base with the usual CE markings and “Lota F600” written on one side with “Aquios 30” written on the other side.
Lota F600 Disposable Vape Performance
Simply take out of the packaging, remove the silicone mouthpiece bung and base protector and vape. It’s a very smooth and very quiet and quite a tight MTL draw.
Flavors are really nice and surprisingly very flavorsome but not overpowering with a decent throat hit. The Ice content on some of the flavors was a great addition producing a subtle coolness on the intake and leaving a fresh aftertaste. Vapor was pretty good, not dense but then you wouldn’t expect it because of the reduced PG/VG content.
The draw activation worked every time and we found that the tightness of the draw limited each draw to no more than a 2-3 second single puff which I found ideal. Even a slight draw on the mouthpiece activated the auto draw.
Each disposable lasted us around the full day mark of average vaping. Obviously this is subjective and depends of the length and frequency of your draws (puffs). I monitored a couple of the flavors to determine exactly how many puffs we managed out of the Lota F600 and achieved 617 and 632 which is very good.
Having reviewed the Lota Enviro disposables several weeks ago, we concluded the strength of the flavors were slightly less intense against other disposables. This was understandable due to the Aquios 30% water-based e-liquid but concluded that overall their performance was very good and provided a very satisfying vape.
However, surprisingly I found the strength of each of the Lota F600 flavors appeared to be a bit stronger than the Lota Enviro ones. I’m not sure why as the output powers are the same across the two devices but whatever it is, I really like them.
Lota F600 Disposable Vape Flavors
Innokin were kind enough to send us 9 available flavors to try and they didn’t disappoint. Far too often, disposables can be too overpowering in terms of flavor strength, too sweet or if ice is added then it’s too cold leaving a numbness in the throat and tongue afterwards.
All 9 of the flavors we received produced a very flavorsome vape and the ice content on some of the flavors was subtle and not intense. Each flavor was crisp, not too sweet, fresh and very satisfying.
The 10 flavors available in the Lota Enviro range are: Mango Passion Ice, Blueberry Bubblegum, Iced Cosmic, Sour Apple, Tropical Fruit Ice, Peach Ice, Grape Ice, Sunrise Ice, Blueberry Ice and Watermelon Ice. The only one flavor we didn’t receive to try was Sunrise Ice (we did try it on the Lota Enviro and it was lovely).
We’ve given a brief description of each flavor and what we thought. Because the flavors are the same as the Lota Enviro ones, they will be very similar.
Mango Passion Ice
Mango being one of my favorite all time flavors, I was keen to try this one. Straight away the flavor of mango came flooding through. It wasn’t too sweet, more of a ripe juicy Malaysian Mango. Even though the flavor description states Mango Passion, I’m not sure if it actually means that it contains passion fruit.
Because the mango is quite prominent, any hint of passion fruit if included was masked. The coolness on the intake was really subtle and just added to the overall flavor profile. I like this one, definitely one of the loveliest mango’s I’ve tried.
Blueberry Bubble Gum
This flavor was spot on with the description. A really nice blueberry taste and surprisingly a lingering bubble gum aftertaste. I didn’t detect any coolness in the inhale but then again the flavor title didn’t mention Ice.
I could feel a little sweetness on my lips afterwards which really was quite nice. I really enjoyed vaping this flavor and would be more than happy puffing away on this all day long.
Sour Apple
Another nice flavor and I liked it. It took quite a few draws before the apple flavor began to come through. It’s quite a subtle apple tone, neither sweet or sour, more like a fresh crisp green crunchy apple.
Slightly sweet with just a hint of coolness on the intake with a fresh lingering aftertaste. There is nothing to dislike with this one, I would happily vape this all day long.
Tropical Fruit Ice
A really nice tropical fruit flavor, very reminiscent of a fruit salad cocktail or tropical fruit drink. Not too sweet and not too cold with both additives being very subtle. The freshness makes this one a lovely all day vape.
Peach Ice
This is a lovely ripe peach flavor with that slight coolness on the draw intake and lingering after effect. I had a light sweetness on the lips afterwards which just accentuated the really nice taste. I don’t normally vape peach but will do from now on. Each draw just reminded me of biting through the fluffy fury skin of a juicy peach followed by the mouth watering nectar on the taste buds.
Grape Ice
This one smelt lovely and tasted lovely too. A very nice grape flavor although I was detecting another flavor that i couldn’t pinpoint on the exhale. After a while this flavor became a little more prominent on the draw intake but still couldn’t identify what it was.
Slightly sweet and slightly cool and very pleasant.
Iced Cosmic
Oh wow! This flavor is divine. It’s such a refreshing taste but for the life of me can’t put into words what it taste’s like. It’s slightly sweet, slightly cool but really enjoyable. At times I was detecting a tangerine flavor yet other times a violet taste. Whatever it is I REALLY like it.
Blueberry Ice
Another very nice flavor. Blueberry’s came bursting through and just swirled around my mouth. The sweetness lingered on my lips and the ice coolness tickled my tongue and taste buds. Would I vape it all day…. most definitely.
Watermelon Ice
A juicy authentic red watermelon taste, not too strong but enough flavor to really enjoy. I’ve been vaping watermelon for a few years now and this is up there with the best of them.
Slightly sweet and slightly cool on the aftertaste. It’s very refreshing and very nice.
Flavor Summary
Of all the 9 different flavors we tried, they were all very smooth, very flavorsome, some a little sweet at times but really enjoyable. Most of them had a hint of coolness on the draw intake which lingered in the throat leaving a fresh aftertaste.
As I mentioned earlier, the Ice flavors were very subtle, producing just a hint of coolness. I really did like this. For me, Innokin and Aquios have got both the flavor strength and ratio of ice spot on.
My one surprise is the flavor strength of these Lota F600’s compared to the Lota Enviro’s. They both use exactly the same flavors yet I felt the F600 flavors appeared that little more prominent. Even though the e-liquids are 30% water based with reduced PG/VG, each flavor came through really nice.
Overall, there wasn’t a single flavor that I didn’t like. I honestly would vape any of these flavors all day long.

Given the performance and renowned quality of the Lota F600 disposables from Innokin, this makes these a very worthwhile purchase.

Each and all of the flavors we tested were really nice. The strength of flavor and ratio of sweetness and coolness was on point. Performance wise we couldn’t fault them. Definitely a very pleasant and very satisfying vape.
The draw activation worked every time and the draw was very smooth and quiet. I found the draw on the mouthpiece gave a good tight MTL vape. Not super tight but about the same as you would draw on a normal cigarette.
The Aquios water-based e-liquid works really well. The 30/30/30 mix of PG/VG/Water produced very good results. Flavor strength is on par with other disposables, I would definitely use these again.
The battery and e-liquid lasts a good day, if not longer if you’re a light to medium vaper.
