Today we’re reviewing not one but two new devices from Innokin; their Plexus PRO and Plexus GO pod kits. Both are pen style (tube) devices that utilize the same Plexus cartridge (pod) and have a similar form factor but with a few differences.
The Plexus GO is slightly smaller, lighter, easier control (fixed adaptive wattage), lower capacity battery and power output, and a lesser display (LED indicator). The Plexus PRO on the other hand is taller, heavier, has adjustable wattage, a larger capacity battery and higher output power, and a 0.87 inch color display.
Innokin are masters of the pen type (tube) devices and the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO kits build on their existing pen/tube range of kits from the original T18E back in 2015 followed by the T20S, T18II, T18II mini, T18-X and APEX. Not forgetting the Sceptre Tube which we reviewed in 2022 and the EZ Tube which we reviewed in 2023.
Because the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO kits are very similar, we’ve decided to combine both these kits into one review. Where there are design differences between the two devices, we will clearly highlight these.
In essence, both devices perform really well but are aimed at slightly different end users. The Plexus GO targets simplicity and convenience whereas the Plexus PRO is aimed at maximum control and increased performance.
As with the majority of our reviews, I will give a quick overview covering the main points and features of the Innokin Plexus PRO and Plexus GO and then proceed with our in-depth review on these two devices.
Overview of the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO
The Innokin Plexus PRO and Plexus GO kits are both fire button and draw activated Mouth-To-Lung (MTL) and Restricted-Direct-To-Lung (RDL) pen (tube) style devices. The Plexus PRO has an internal 1350mAh capacity battery with adjustable wattage between 6W – 25W and the Plexus GO has an internal 1000mAh capacity battery with fixed adaptive wattage up to 20W max.
Both Plexus devices include smart wattage sensing, have variable airflow control and Type-C USB charging ports. The Plexus PRO’s charging current is 5V/2.0A and the Plexus GO is 5V/800mA (0.8A). Charging times of the two Plexus kits are; 36 minutes for the Plexus PRO and 90 minutes for the Plexus GO.
User interface (UI) displays across the two devices are very different. The Plexus PRO has a 0.87 inch color display showing the battery level, wattage value, coil resistance, lock/unlock and puff counter. The Plexus GO has a color changing LED light ring around the fire button that indicates the remaining battery level with 3 different colors.
One new feature that Innokin have implemented on both the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices is an Auto Lock function. Despite physically being able to lock the fire button by clicking the button 4 times, the auto lock disables the fire button from working after 10 minutes of inactivity. This function is disabled by drawing on the pod mouthpiece or clicking the fire button 4 times.
Coupled with the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO kits are the Plexus pods which have a 2ml e-liquid capacity with a top fill slide to open fill port and integrated coils. The Plexus PRO kit includes a 0.6 ohm dual mesh pod and a 0.8 ohm mesh pod whereas the Plexus GO just includes the 0.8 ohm mesh pod.
Manufactured out of Stainless Steel (the pods are PCTG), there are 6 different colors in the Innokin Plexus PRO range and 5 colors in the Plexus GO. We received two different colors of each device. The Plexus cartridge (pod) across the color range is black with a clear opaque tint so the e-liquid in the pod is always visible.

Plexus PRO Packaging
The Plexus PRO packaging box measures 146mm x 71mm x 25.5mm. It’s a standard draw type cardboard box with a slide off outer sleeve. Once the outer sleeve is removed, the Plexus PRO and the Plexus 0.6 ohm cartridge (pod) attached, is secured in a foam insert tray together with the spare Plexus 0.8 ohm cartridge (pod) in a sealed foil sachet.
A small clear rigid tag at the top of the box aids removing this foam insert tray to gain access to the user manual underneath.
On the front of the sleeve is a clear window cut-out towards the right side that shows the middle section of the Plexus PRO. At the top of this sleeve are the words “PLEXUS”, “PRO”, “25W”, “Power in Every Draw”, “Colour Screen” and an “image of the screen layout”.
Below the cut-out is the “Color” of the included device and a very small statement that reads “The following warning applies when the product is used with nicotine-containing e-liquids”. Below this statement is the standard nicotine warning.
The back side of the sleeve highlights “Powered by Innokin”, the “package contents”, the “manufacturer’s details” and the relevant safety and warning statements.

Plexus GO Packaging
The Plexus GO packaging box measures 147.5mm x 41.5mm x 25mm. It’s a lift open top flap cardboard box with a slide out foam insert tray. A small clear rigid tag at the top of the box aids removing this foam insert tray. Once removed, the Plexus GO with the Plexus 0.8 ohm cartridge (pod) attached is secured in the foam insert and the user manual will be inside the box.

Preparing to Use the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO
A nifty little touch on both devices to aid removing them from the foam inserts is a paper band around the body of the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO with “Plexus” written on the tag to pull them from the foam.
Once you remove the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO from their foam tray inserts, remove the transparent film protector that’s covering the 0.87 inch display screen on the Plexus PRO only. Not present on the Plexus GO.
Take out the Plexus cartridge (pod) from the Plexus PRO or Plexus GO pod recess and remove the yellow protection sticker that’s across the base of the pod.
Slide open the top of the pod in the direction of the arrow that’s on the top cap to gain access to the e-liquid filling port. Place the tip of your e-liquid bottle into the opening and fill the pod with e-liquid. Slide back the top cap to close and allow 10-15 minutes for the e-liquid to fully saturate the wicking ports.
Refit the Plexus cartridge (pod) and turn the Plexus PRO or Plexus GO on by pressing the fire button 5 times. The Plexus GO will sense the pod resistance and set the optimum wattage. The Plexus PRO will do the same and show the wattage that’s set on its display but I suggest setting the wattage to its lowest value first (6W). Take a few draws then gradually increase the wattage in small steps taking further draws until you reach your desired setting.
Adjust the airflow control lever to fine tune your draw style.

Innokin Plexus PRO and Plexus GO Design and Appearance
Plexus PRO and Plexus GO Devices
As we highlighted earlier, the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices are similar in design and appearance but with a few noticeable difference. The Plexus GO is a slightly smaller and lighter device and incorporates an RGB LED light ring around its fire button. The Plexus PRO however has the addition of a 0.87 inch color display screen which highlights all the user information (see Functionality section for more info).
Both Plexus devices are pen (tube) style pod mods and made of Stainless Steel. Their diameters are the same at 20mm with the height of the Plexus GO measuring 94.6mm tall and the Plexus PRO measuring 99.6mm tall (excluding their cartridges).
When both cartridges are fitted, the height of the Plexus GO measures 128.4mm and weighs in at 60 grams while the Plexus PRO measures 133.4mm and weighs 65.5 grams.
Battery capacity of the Plexus GO is 1000mAh and charged via its 5V/0.8A USB-C port. The Plexus PRO is 1350mAh and its USB-C port is 5V/2A. Both devices have the charging port on the side of their casing but neither device has a charging cable included in the kit.
Charging times are different between the two devices; the Plexus PRO takes 36 minutes to fully charge whereas the Plexus GO, because of its reduced charging current, takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge. Pass-thru is present on both devices so you can vape while the batteries are being charged.
Power output of the Plexus GO is 20W max and is non-adjustable. It auto senses the pod resistance and sets the optimum wattage for that pod. The Plexus PRO however is adjustable between 6W – 25W max in 1W increments depending on the resistance of pod that’s fitted.
The Plexus PRO will initially set the optimum wattage (smart detection) for each pod type but can be overridden using the fire button to adjust above or below that wattage. The maximum selectable wattage allowed for each pod resistance is as follows:
- 0.6 ohm = 6W – 25W
- 0.8 ohm = 6W – 16W
- 1.2 ohm = 6W – 13W
Firing of the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices are both dual activation; auto draw activated by drawing on the pod mouthpiece or by the 13mm by 5.5mm On/Off/Fire button.
Variable airflow control on the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO use the same single Cyclops slot with a sliding lever. Positioning the lever to the left closes the airflow and restricts the draw, sliding the lever to the right opens up 1, 2 or 3 oblong holes. The style of draw (MTL/RDL) is dependent on the resistance of the cartridge you’re using.
Lock/Unlock the fire button is carried out by pressing the fire button 4 times leaving just the auto draw operative. In addition to this, both Plexus devices have an Auto Lock function which after 10 minutes of inactivity, the fire button automatically locks. Unlocking the fire button after this period is done be either drawing on the cartridge mouthpiece to vape or pressing the fire button 4 times.
The base of the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO are flat so they both stand upright. There is a small pinhole in the center of the base which I’m guessing is for battery venting. Branding on the base includes the “UKCA”, “CE” and “Crossed Bin Logo” together with the “Battery Capacity”:
- Plexus PRO = 1350mAh 5.13Wh
- Plexus GO = 1000mAh 3.7Wh
At the top of the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO is the pod recess. There are two gold plated spring loaded coil contact pins, 2 bar magnets that align with the magnets on the cartridge (pod), an air intake chamber and an auto draw sensor.
Innokin’s branding is kept to a minimum and very subtle with the name of the device “Plexus PRO” or “Plexus GO” depending on which one you have and “Innokin” printed on the opposite side.
Because the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices are fairly minimalistic in regards to their function, there are no menu settings to worry about. 5 clicks of the fire button turns the device on/off, 4 clicks locks the fire button from working and 3 clicks enters the variable wattage mode (Plexus PRO only).
With regards to the safety features and protections, the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO provide the following:
- 10 seconds timeout (vape cut-off)
- Low battery voltage (3.2V)
- Overcharge protection
- High temperature protection
- No coil/pod detected
- Short circuit protection
- Low resistance protection
These protections are displayed differently on the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices; the Plexus PRO shows them on the 0.87 inch display screen and the Plexus GO highlights these through different colors and number of flashes on the RGB LED light ring (see Functionality section).
The Plexus PRO and Plexus GO come in different colors as we’ve listed below but with all colors, the Plexus cartridge (pod) is always black:

We were fortunate enough to have received 2 Plexus PRO’s and 2 Plexus GO’s for the purpose of this review which we’ve highlighted in the above table with an *.
Plexus Cartridge (Pod)
The Plexus cartridge (pod) is a top fill slide to open design with a 2ml e-liquid capacity, has an integrated (non-replaceable) coil and is constructed out of black semi-opaque PCTG material. Its dimensions are 44.5mm tall, 20mm diameter and weighs 12.1 grams.
Three different resistance Plexus cartridges (pods) are available and compatible with the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices. The included cartridges that come with each kit are shown below:
- 0.6 ohm Dual Mesh 6W-25W Plexus PRO only
- 0.8 ohm Mesh 6W-16W Plexus PRO and Plexus GO
- 1.2 ohm Mesh 6W-13W Sold separately
While the 3 different cartridges look virtually identical, the resistance of each cartridge is printed on the lower side of the case. A closer inspection highlights that the coil in each cartridge has different color O-rings:
- 0.6 ohm has Orange O-rings
- 0.8 ohm has Blue O-rings
- 1.2 ohm has Green O-rings
These cartridges (pods) do resemble the look and feel of a conventional mini tank shape and design. The e-liquid within the pod is always visible due to its 3600 design and despite only being 2ml does last well between re-fills.
Filling the cartridge is done by sliding the top cap in the direction of the small arrow that’s embossed onto the top of the pod. When open, there is a silicone rubber seal around the single fill port opening. Filling with e-liquid can be carried out with the pod still connected to the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO bodies.
This e-liquid fill port is a pretty decent size oval opening measuring around 7mm x 3mm so is big enough to accept short stubby e-liquid tip bottles. When filled, slide the top cap back into position.
On the underside of the pod are 2 bar magnets, 2 air intake holes and the base of the integrated coil.
The lower part of the cartridge that’s concealed when fitted has “Innokin” and the “CE” markings on one side and “Plexus Cartridge”, “Coil Resistance” and “Recommend Wattage” printed on the other side.
Inserting the cartridge is straight-forward enough, simply place into the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO pod recess and it will slide into the recess and be held in place by the magnets. Remove by grasping the cartridge body and pull away releasing it from the magnetic connection.
When the cartridge is inserted into or removed from the Plexus PRO, its display screen will illuminate for approximately 5 seconds and then extinguish. Inserted into or removed from the Plexus GO, the RGB LED light ring will illuminate in the color of the remaining battery charge for approximately 5 seconds:
- Red = Less than 10% of charge
- Orange = 10% – 30% of charge
- Green = Greater than 30% of charge
Innokin Plexus PRO and Plexus GO Functionality
The two Plexus kits (Plexus PRO and Plexus GO) are similar in design; both use the same Plexus pods, have variable airflow control, on/off button, USB-C charging, pass-thru vaping, smart wattage sensing, lock/unlock/auto-lock and dual activation (auto draw and fire button).
But in terms of functionality, the Plexus GO incorporates fixed adaptive output power (pod dependent) up to 20W max with an RGB LED light ring around the fire button that highlights the current battery discharge status. The Plexus PRO has a 0.87 inch display so includes a puff counter with variable wattage adjustment between 6W – 25W.
Quick Start Operation
- Fire button pressed 5 times turns the devices on or off
- Fire button pressed 4 times locks/unlocks the fire button
- Fire button pressed 3 times adjusts the wattage (PRO only)
Because the functionality is different between the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices, we’ve broken it down under two separate sections.
Plexus GO
5 clicks of the fire button turns the Plexus GO On/Off. When powering up, the LED light ring will flash Red, Orange then Green. When powering Off, the LED light ring will flash twice.
4 clicks of the fire button locks/unlocks the device. When locking, the LED light ring will illuminate White for 2 seconds. With the Plexus GO locked, pressing the fire button illuminates the While light for 2 seconds showing that the fire button is locked. When unlocking, the LED light ring will flash White 3 times.
Auto lock is a function that activates automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. This locks the fire button to stop accidental firing if placed in a pocket or bag. In this state of lock, pressing the fire button has no effect and the LED light ring will illuminate White. There are two ways in which to unlock; either press the fire button 4 times OR draw on the mouthpiece which automatically unlocks the fire button again.
Auto cartridge sensing detects the resistance of the coil/cartridge you’re using and sets the optimum (ideal) wattage for that cartridge up to a maximum of 20W. The Plexus GO is a fixed adaptive wattage device so the power output is not adjustable. The wattage the Plexus GO operates at for each cartridge type is:

The RGB LED light ring around the fire button highlights the different safety features in terms of different colors and number of flashes AND the current discharge status of the battery when you draw on the mouthpiece or the fire button is pressed. The color of this LED light ring depends of the battery level as follows:
- Green: >30% of battery charge remaining
- Orange: 10%-30% of battery charge remaining
- Red: <10% of battery charge remaining
Safety features and prompts are as follows:
- Vape Time Out (10s): LED flashes 10 times
- Low Battery Voltage: LED flashes Red 8 times
- Overcharge Protection: LED extinguishes
- High Temperature Protection: LED flashes 3 times + 3 times
- No Coil/High Resistance: LED flashes until you stop vaping
- Short Circuit/Low Resistance: LED turns Red for 5 seconds
- While Charging: Red = <90%, Green = >90%, No LED = 100%
Plexus PRO
The display on the Plexus PRO is a 0.87 inch colored screen and shows the following user information:
- Battery level indicator: Color change bar with a percentage reading
- Numerical Wattage reading
- Coil resistance reading
- Puff counter
- Lock / Unlock
5 clicks of the fire button turns the Plexus PRO On/Off. When powering up, the display will initially show the “Innokin” logo and then switch to the main display screen showing the user parameters. When powering Off, the “Innokin” logo will breathe and then switch off.
If the device is switched OFF and you draw on the mouthpiece or press the fire button, a prompt on the display shows “Click 5X Power ON”.
4 clicks of the fire button locks/unlocks the device. When locking, the display will show the “Red closed padlock” icon with “Locked” underneath and then switch to the main display screen. A small red padlock icon underneath the numerical puff count reading on the main display is also displayed.
When unlocking, the display will switch from the red padlock to a “Green open padlock” icon with “Unlocked” underneath and then switch to the main display screen.
Auto lock is a function that activates automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. This locks the fire button to stop accidental firing if placed in a pocket or bag. In this state of lock, pressing the fire button has no effect and the display screen will showed locked. There are two ways in which to unlock; either press the fire button 4 times OR draw on the mouthpiece which automatically unlocks the fire button again.
Increasing/Decreasing the wattage level is carried out by pressing the fire button 3 times so the numerical wattage value on the display screen start to flash. While the display is flashing, pressing the button again will increase the wattage value in 1W increments.
If the wattage display stops flashing before you adjust the level, you will have to press the fire button again 3 times to enter this function. The wattage value only increases so to reduce your wattage level you have to press the button until maximum wattage is reached for the particular pod you’re using first. The next press of the button takes you back to the minimum wattage value (6W).
Auto cartridge sensing detects the resistance of the coil/cartridge you’re using and sets the optimum (ideal) wattage when the cartridge is inserted, and also limits the maximum selectable wattage for the cartridge type you’re using.

This pre-set optimum wattage can be adjusted above or below this value but the upper wattage (max) limit for the cartridge cannot be exceeded. Once you reach the maximum wattage for the cartridge, the Innokin Plexus PRO display will show that “Max Power” has been reached.
Puff Counter is at the bottom of the display (marked with a “P”) and is a 4 digit numerical counter. Each time you vape the counter will increment by 1. Clearing the puff counter i.e. resetting to zero is done by turning the Plexus PRO off and on again.
Safety features and prompts on the Plexus PRO are displayed on the 0.87 inch display screen as follows:
- Vape Time Out (10s): Display shows TIME OUT
- Low Battery Voltage: Display shows LOW VOLT
- Overcharge Protection: Device stops charging
- High Temperature Protection: Display shows HIGH TEMP
- No Coil/High Resistance: Display shows CHECK COIL
- Short Circuit: Display shows COIL SHORT
- Low Resistance: Display shows LOW RES
- While Charging: Display remains illuminated with percentage reading
Innokin Plexus PRO and Plexus GO Performance
Despite the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO kits being quite smallish pen devices, the performance of both far outweighs their size. From the moment you pick them up the robustness and quality shine through.
Variable airflow from the single Cyclops slot works really well and provides enough control to tailor your vaping style from a reasonably tight MTL draw through to an airy RDL draw. Dual activation i.e. auto draw and fire button is a real plus and both worked faultlessly.
User information is plentiful on the 0.87 inch display screen of the Plexus PRO and identifies all you need in terms of battery level, power level, coil resistance and puff count. The Plexus GO has a simpler RGB LED light ring that keeps a check on battery drain. Both indicate the safety prompts and notifications but obviously use different methods of display.
Smart coil detect, especially on the Plexus PRO, which sets the initial optimum wattage and limits the maximum power that can be applied to the coil is another plus for users not familiar with the right power level for each cartridge to vape at.
The fire button on both the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices can be locked or unlocked but a new feature we’ve not seen before is Auto Lock which inhibits the fire button from operating after 10 minutes of inactivity. This I felt was again a big plus to stop accidental firing when placed in a pocket or bag.
Irrespective of which Plexus device we talk about, both use the Plexus cartridges and they really do perform very well. The Plexus GO kit comes with the 0.8 ohm single mesh cartridge while the Plexus PRO comes with two different Plexus cartridges; the 0.8 ohm single mesh and the 0.6 ohm dual mesh.
Considering the Plexus cartridges are fairly small (2ml), the flavor and vapor produced from each of these cartridges, including the 1.2 ohm cartridge we received, was excellent. When using the Plexus PRO with the wattage set to lower than the minimum recommended, the performance was still very good.
Throughout our time using the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO kits there was no evidence of any leaks when using either of the supplied cartridges.
Battery performance is always subjective and depends on the power (wattage) you vape at (PRO only), the type of cartridge (pod) you’re using and your vaping style i.e. how often you vape and length of draw.
The Plexus PRO runs from a 1350mAh capacity battery while the Plexus GO has a 1000mAh capacity battery. Both devices kept up admirably, lasting a whole day from a single charge when using the Plexus 0.6 ohm and Plexus 0.8 ohm cartridges respectively.
Keeping an eye on the remaining battery charge is easy enough. The Plexus PRO shows the percentage of battery charge left on the 0.87 inch display screen and the Plexus GO uses the color changing LED light ring every time you fire or draw on the device.
- Red: <10% of battery charge remaining
- Orange: 10%-30% of battery charge remaining
- Green: >30% of battery charge remaining
The intensity of the draw remains constant throughout the discharge cycle of the battery and doesn’t diminish as the battery drains.
Once the battery is depleted of its charge, the Plexus PRO battery icon will be “Red” with zero percent (0%) remaining and the display prompt will show “LOW VOLT”. The Plexus GO LED light ring will flash Red 8 times.
At this point the devices won’t operate and will require charging. The good news is the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO devices have pass-thru so you can vape while it’s being charged.
How do I Fill the Innokin Plexus Cartridge (Pod)?
Because the Plexus cartridges have a top filling slide to open mechanism, you simply slide the top of the cartridge in the direction of the embossed arrow symbol that’s on the top cap to gain access to the filling port. Filling the cartridge can be done with the cartridge fitted or removed from the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO.
Once the top cap slides open, the fill port with its black silicone rubber membrane seal will become visible. Pass the tip of your e-liquid bottle through the opening of the silicone rubber seal and fill the Plexus cartridge with your e-liquid.
From experience, we suggest to fill the cartridge slowly otherwise your e-liquid can spill back out from the filling port. Once filled, remove the e-liquid bottle from the filling port and slide the top cap back into position.
Quick Tip: If you are filling the cartridge for the first time, ensure you allow 10-15 minutes for the e-liquid to fully saturate the wick before you start to vape. This will help prolong the life of the coil within the cartridge.
When and How do I Change the Plexus Cartridge (Pod)?
All of the Plexus cartridges have fixed non replaceable coils. When the coil starts to degrade after a few weeks/months of use the cartridge will need to be discarded and a new one fitted. Innokin state these cartridges are powered by iTaste technology resulting in increased flavor and improved coil lifespan.
An indication of the coil degrading will show by either a loss of flavor and/or a lack of vapor. Continuing to use after this happens may result in a harsh or burnt e-liquid taste. Equally the coil could fail going open or short circuit. Either way, when this happens discard the cartridge and fit a new one.
Pull the cartridge away from the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO battery/body. Unfortunately if you still have e-liquid in the cartridge, this has to be discarded as well as it will have been tainted by the burnt out coil.
When fitting a new cartridge, follow the procedure for How do I Fill the Cartridge. As you insert the cartridge into the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO body, the display screen (PRO) or RGB LED light bar (GO) will illuminate for 5 seconds and then extinguish.
How do I Charge the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO?
Because the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO both have internal batteries, charging can only be carried out using a USB to Type-C charging cable (not supplied in either kit). Simply connect the cable into the Type-C port on the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO body and the other end into a suitable USB power source.
The specified charging circuit of the Plexus PRO is 5V/2A. If you’re using a lower current source of less than 2A it will charge at a slightly slower rate. The Plexus GO is 800mAh (0.8A) so a 1A or higher source will be fine.
Good news…… Irrespective which Plexus device, (PRO or GO) you have, the displays remain illuminated throughout the charging cycle and once full charge is reached, the displays extinguish. Both the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO also have pass-thru so you can vape while it’s being charged.
The charging displays are different for the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO so we’ve covered them individually:
Plexus PRO – Charging
When the Plexus PRO is placed on charge, the display screen will show a green lightning bolt with a cycling circle line around it. Underneath this cycling circle is a percentage of charge value reading. As the charge increases, the length of the static line increments in length and the numerical charge percentage increases.
Full charge is reached when the numerical display indicates 100% and the cycling circle line is completely static. Once 100% is reached, the display remains illuminated for a further 3 minutes and then extinguishes.
We monitored the elapsed time it took at different percentage reading before full charge was reached:
- 30% took 5 minutes
- 60% took 13 minutes
- 80% took 24 minutes
- 90% took 31 minutes
- 100% (full charge) took 36 minutes
Plexus GO – Charging
When the Plexus GO is placed on charge, the RGB LED light ring will initially flash Red, Orange and Green then flashes Red 3 times and remains illuminated. The LED light ring stays Red for 81 minutes and then turned Green for a further 10 minutes before the LED extinguished.
We expected the LED light ring to change from Red to Orange before it turned Green but this didn’t happen. Total charging time took 91 minutes.
During the charging cycle of both the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO, their bodies were warm to the touch. While this is normal, I would recommend charging these and any other vape mod or pod on a non-flammable surface.
As with any vape device, NEVER leave your mod unattended whilst charging.
Innokin Plexus PRO and Plexus GO Kit Price
Expect to pay between £15 – £18 for the Plexus PRO kit and £8 – £12 for the Plexus GO kit. Some sites we’ve looked at are offering deals so it’s always best to look around for the best bargain.
Obviously the Plexus PRO is the more advanced kit having variable wattage, a display screen and includes two cartridges. However both kits perform very well so it’s really down to user preference which one you prefer.
The Plexus replacement cartridges (pods) come in packs of 2 with 3 different resistance options and retail for around £5.

Innokin Plexus Pro and Plexus GO Review Summary
Having used both the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO kits for the last 3 weeks, I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about either of them. I do have a soft spot for pen style (tube) devices which stems from the very first mod I bought back in 2014 when I first started vaping, an Innokin Coolfire 1 with an iClear 30S tank.
Of the two Plexus devices, if you want that little extra control over your wattage, extra battery capacity and a display screen then the Plexus PRO is the one to go for. The simplicity of the Plexus GO makes the perfect plug and play device.
Both devices function and perform really well and the Plexus cartridges give excellent results. As expected, the quality of all Innokin vape products is always very high and the Plexus PRO and Plexus GO certainly don’t disappoint.
