Welcome to our review of the Lost Mary BM600 disposable vape, a fantastic little disposable from the renowned vape company Elf Bar.
If they sound familiar, it’s because we reviewed their Elf Bar 600 recently – a hugely popular, TPD compliant disposable that seems to have taken the UK vape market by storm.
I’ve been a huge fan of the disposables released by Elf Bar in the past, so with high expectations I got to work putting the new Lost Mary BM600 disposables to the test.
Available in over 30 delicious flavors, the Lost Mary BM600 is a MTL (mouth-to-lung) disposable with 2ml of e-juice, a 550mAh internal battery and a lifespan of approximately 600 puffs.
If you’re new to vaping, the Lost Mary BM600 is a disposable vape, which means you puff until you run out of e-juice (or battery!) and then just dispose of it and open a new one.
Just like many of the other disposables on the market, the Lost Mary BM600 is auto draw, which means you inhale on the mouthpiece to puff. No buttons or controls to fiddle with, just grab it and vape.

What’s in the Box?
The Lost Mary BM600 comes packaged in a bright, colorful rectangular cardboard ‘box’ or sleeve, with a sealed, plastic wrapper inside to protect the disposable. The packaging is color-coded to match the flavor of the disposable inside, with the usual nicotine warnings, flavor name and nicotine strength all printed on the front cover.
On the back of the packaging, you’ll find more warnings (don’t swallow, don’t let children handle, don’t store your disposable in your fishtank etc) and every other conceivable snippet of information you’re likely to need. E-juice capacity, disposable size, nicotine strength, total number of puffs and the nicotine dose per puff are all displayed.
The manufacturer name, address and contact details are also printed on the back. You know, just in case you want to send them a thank you…
On the left facing side of the packaging, the manufacture date, expiry date and batch code are printed. The right facing side displays the bar-code and a QR code so you can check to make sure the Lost Mary BM600 you have in your hand is authentic.
Overall I really like the packaging. It’s bright and eye-catching, with everything you need to know clearly visible.
I do have a minor gripe though, and it’s something we’ve noticed in the vast majority of the disposables on the market. The PG/VG ratio of the e-juice isn’t displayed, which might be a problem for those with a mild PG Intolerance like me. Like I said, it’s a minor issue but it would be nice to know exactly how much PG is used in the production of the e-juice.
Once you’ve opened the outer cardboard sleeve and removed the sealed plastic wrapper, just tear it open and the Lost Mary BM600 will slide easily out.
All that’s left to do is remove the silicone plug from the mouthpiece, peel off the protective sticker on the base and you’re all good to vape!
Lost Mary BM600 | Design and Appearance
In terms of design and appearance, the Lost Mary BM600 is simple but impressive.
With a total weight of 50g and dimensions of 66mm (H) x 35mm (W) x 13mm (D), the first thing I noticed was how extremely compact and lightweight it is! It’s one of the smallest disposables we’ve reviewed to date and you can easily slip two or more in your pocket – even a shirt pocket!
If the larger, re-chargeable disposables are more your cup of tea, we reviewed both the Orion Bar 7500 and the DJ Puff Flask 4999 recently – both of which are incredible, long-lasting disposables that pack a serious punch!
Yet despite its compact size, the Lost Mary BM600 feels surprisingly sturdy and well-built. I actually dropped the disposable shown in the picture above (several times!) with zero issues. No scratches, no leaking, and zero damage.
Considering it’s a disposable device, I think Elf Bar have done an amazing job in terms of build-quality and durability!
The plastic coating on the base and mouthpiece section of the disposable is glass-smooth, with a matte-finish, skin-tight wrap covering the body of the disposable. The smooth plastic coating and soft (almost rubberized) wrap make the Lost Mary BM600 super comfortable to hold. So much so that I found myself fiddling with it in-between puffs.
In terms of aesthetics, Elf Bar have chosen to keep things as simple as possible, with only the disposable name and flavor printed on the device, in clear white block capitals.
Vaping the Lost Mary BM600 is also incredibly simple. As I mentioned earlier, it’s a draw-activated disposable, which means there are no buttons or controls and you simply draw on the mouthpiece to activate the coil.
The airflow hole is found on the base of the disposable, as well as the LED puff indicator that lights up when you take a puff and/or flashes when you run out of e-juice or battery.
The oval shaped mouthpiece at the top of the disposable protrudes approximately 11mm from the main body. It’s smooth and comfortable to vape on and the draw is a perfect MTL (mouth-to-lung) if you’re looking to simulate the act of smoking a cigarette.
Overall I’m really impressed with the design and appearance of the Lost Mary BM600 disposable. It’s surprisingly well-built and sturdy for a disposable, super comfortable to hold/vape and the MTL draw is spot on!

In terms of performance, I have nothing but good things to say about the Lost Mary BM600!
The draw-activated firing worked flawlessly each and every time across all three disposables I tested, and the airflow allows for a tight, restrictive MTL draw. Perfect if you’re looking to simulate the feeling of smoking a cigarette.
The throat hit is surprisingly satisfying considering the Lost Mary BM600 is only available in 20mg/ml! It’s not too sharp, but more than enough to satisfy those of you like me that need a decent throat hit.
In the future, I would love to see Elf Bar release a wider range of options in terms of nicotine strength, specifically for those countries not restricted by the TPD regulations!
I’ve had to become accustomed to vaping at 50mg/ml as more and more disposables are only being released in this nicotine strength. Switching back down to 20mg/ml for this Lost Mary BM600 review, I was a bit apprehensive and assumed I’d struggle with nicotine withdrawal and/or (lack of!) throat hit, but to my surprise this wasn’t the case at all!
Vapor production also surprised me. Typically, vapor production is pretty average with the smaller disposables, but the Lost Mary BM600 actually kicks out a really decent plume of warm, dense vapor – definitely well above average!
Battery life/puff capacity is pretty decent at this price. The Lost Mary BM600 is marketed as a 600 puff capacity disposable and that’s almost exactly the number of puffs I got from each of the three I tested.
For those of you interested, the Blue Razz Ice lasted 587 puffs, the Cherry Peach Lemonade lasted 611 puffs and the Triple Mango lasted a whopping 622 puffs!
I tend to puff pretty constantly throughout the day and consider myself a heavy vaper – my vape is usually either attached to my hand or within easy reach!
Even so I got at least a full day of vaping out of each Lost Mary BM600 disposable – not bad considering the price!
If you’re a casual or light vaper, I think it’s fair to say you could easily get 2-3 days or more out of each disposable – superb value for money!
It’s also important to mention that I didn’t experience any noticeable reduction in performance until the last 15 puffs or so, at which point the vapor production began to taper off very slightly. As I mentioned previously, the LED puff indicator at the base of the disposable will flash several times when you’ve run out of battery or e-juice.
Where I think the Lost Mary BM600 really shines though (at least for me personally) is in the flavor category! I’m definitely more interested in flavor than vapor production, and each of the flavors I tested were absolutely delicious, well-blended and bursting with flavor!
Which I suppose should come as no surprise considering they’re made by the same company that makes the unbelievably popular Elf Bar 600…
Overall, I’m really impressed with the Lost Mary BM600 disposable! The throat hit and vapor production are excellent and the flavor packs a serious punch! After testing dozens of disposables over the last few years, I’m genuinely impressed with the performance on offer from the Lost Mary BM600 disposables.

Triple Mango
The Triple Mango was the first flavor I tried, and I can say hands down this was my favorite flavor of the three that were sent to us!
A mouth-wateringly sweet, ripe and tangy mango absolutely bursting with flavor. The mango tastes so authentic, exactly like freshly picked fruit!
I really can’t recommend this flavor enough. Perfect for a hot, sunny afternoon or for those with a sweet tooth!
Cherry Peach Lemonade
Another absolutely delicious flavor, the Cherry Peach Lemonade is a blend of sour, sharp cherry with subtle flavor notes of ripe, sweet peach in a fizzy lemonade explosion!
The cherry and lemonade are the prominent notes here, and again this would be another flavor perfect for the Summer heat.
Easily an all day vape for me and one I found hard to put down!
Blue Razz Ice
This flavor is a sweet blast of blue raspberry with fizzy, citrusy lemonade and a sharp, icy exhale.
This has a seriously icy kick to it – you’ve been warned!
Probably my least favorite of the three we tried, although still easily an all day vape for me.
The blue raspberry is a perfect sweet tart flavor, and the fizz of the lemonade really kicks in after the initial inhale.

At the time of writing, you can pick up the Lost Mary BM600 for around £4 – £5 in the UK from online retailers. Which is a fairly standard price for this type of disposable in the UK. However, most of the retailers I found were offering bulk purchase deals and first time buyer discounts, so it’s worth shopping around!
If you’re outside of the UK, a Lost Mary BM600 will set you back around $5 if buying online.
All things considered, for those prices you really can’t go wrong. Even if you vape heavily, each disposable will last you at least a day of vaping, which still works out far cheaper than smoking…
Personally, I don’t rely on any disposable as my sole vape device because the cost can quickly skyrocket if you’re buying multiple disposables a week! Instead I try to think of disposables as either a treat I’ll buy myself every once in a while, or an easy to use and convenient alternative to my standard vaping set-up.

Overall I’m really impressed with the Lost Mary BM600 disposable! It’s a fantastic little device (especially for the price!) and I think Elf Bar have solidified themselves as THE disposable vape company to watch!
The flavor range is huge, with a mouth-watering selection of full-bodied, natural tasting flavors to choose from. Each of the three flavors I tried were delicious and easily all-day vape worthy flavors for me personally.
The airflow is spot on, allowing for a nice restrictive MTL draw and the throat kick is satisfying. If that wasn’t enough, the vapor production is also surprisingly solid for a disposable!
At just under 600 puffs per disposable, the Lost Mary BM600 might not be your weapon of choice if you chain vape, as it could quickly get expensive. But it’s worth keeping in mind it would still be far cheaper than an equivalent smoking habit!
So would I recommend the Lost Mary BM600 disposable? You bet! If you’re looking for a disposable with heaps of flavor, great vapor production and a decent puff capacity at an extremely affordable price, I would highly recommend them!
