Today we’re bringing you an in-depth review on a new device that’s powered by Innokin called the MVP 60K. While we are seeing the emergence of pod kits that circumnavigate the TPD regulations by combining a 2ml coil pod with a separate 10ml e-liquid pod, the MVP 60K takes this concept to another level.
60,000 puffs from a 12ml pod kit IS a little ambitious but the MVP 60K overcomes this by a very ingenious and welcomed marketing method. Each MVP 60K is available as a themed “edition” meaning the pack contains 3 different flavored 2ml coil pods + 3 flavored 10ml e-liquid reservoirs and a separate MVP battery.
This basically means you have 3 different flavored 2ml +10ml pod systems (for the price of one) that can connect with the MVP battery by simply locking them into position. Each 2ml + 10ml combined pod when used in the MVP battery is referred to as an MVP 20K device whereas the MVP 60K relates to the “edition” pack with 3 different flavored pods.
We received 2 different “edition” packs for review; a BLUE EDITION consisting of the flavors Mr Blue, Blueberry Sour Raspberry and Blueberry Raspberry and a TROPICAL EDITION consisting of Sour Pineapple Ice, Triple Mango and Tropical Ice. We will give a description of our thoughts of these flavors later on in the review but as a spoiler they certainly live up to expectations.
What took us completely by surprise was the price these “edition” packs are retailing at. We only found two sites advertising these kits as they are only just being released to market, but the cost for the “edition” pack is a mere £12. That’s a total of 36ml of 3 different flavored e-liquids plus the MVP battery/body.
There are a total of 9 different flavored “edition” kits available, each having 3 different flavors in the kit. Once they run out you can purchase additional flavored refill packs as individual flavors or a combined “edition” pack and simply slot the combined pod into the side of the MVP device.
Back in 2021, we reviewed the original MVP pod from Innokin which was their introduction into the pod market at that time. This new release, the MVP 60K while still being a simplistic pod device is a different beast from that earlier device and as such the pods in the two different devices are not cross-compatible.
Overview of the MVP 60K Edition Kit
As we’ve already highlighted, the MVP 60K is a three part system; a 2ml flavored coil pod housing, a 10ml flavored e-liquid reservoir and the MVP battery device. Two additional different flavor coil pods and e-liquid reservoirs are also included in the “edition” kit (MVP 60K kit).
The MPV body/battery incorporates an internal rechargeable 1000mAh capacity battery, an on/off power/control button, a Type-C charging port and a small display that shows the current discharge status percentage of the battery along with the mode that’s been selected.
It’s a fixed wattage device with two selectable power modes (Eco and Max) and is draw activated with fixed airflow that provides a Mouth to Lung (MTL) and Restricted Direct to Lung (RDL) draw. Unlike the majority of other pod devices, the MPV body/battery doesn’t have the conventional top pod recess, instead the combined 2ml + 10ml pod housing attaches to the side of the MVP body/battery.
The 2ml pre-filled flavor coil pod housing incorporates a vertical dual mesh 0.6 ohm coil with an integrated duck-bill style mouthpiece. The top section of this housing is visible so you can see the remaining e-liquid that’s left. The base of this housing is hollow and accepts the separate 10ml pre-filled flavor e-liquid reservoir which connects into the opening and is locked into place.
This combined (12ml pod housing) has two bar magnets, two coil contact plates and an airflow hole on its side casing that latch and lock into the corresponding side cut-out of the MVP body/battery.
The MVP 60K kit is made out of PC and PCTG material with the overall dimensions measuring 100mm by 53mm by 25mm with an overall weight of 95 grams.

Note: The MVP 60K kit doesn’t included a charging cable to keep the retail costs to a minimum so you will have to use one that you have to hand.
MVP 60K Edition Pod Kit Packaging
The packaging consists of a colored cardboard box with a flip open top flap that once opened gives access to the packaging contents. Inside the cardboard box are 4 individually sealed sachets, one contains the MVP battery/body and the other 3 sachets each having the 2ml pre-filled flavor coil pod housing with a 10ml pre-filled flavor e-liquid reservoir pod. There is also a small user manual included in the box.
Do note a Type-C charging cable is NOT included in the kit so to re-charge the MVP battery/body you will require one. Any standard Type-C phone/tablet cable or another pod/mod charging cable will suffice.
On the front of the box is a photo of the MVP kit in the color of the included device together with the branding “MVP 60K”, “Flavor Edition” and the 3 individual flavors. Below the list of flavors is the “Nicotine Safety Warning”. The reverse side of the box details “Powered By Innokin”, “Package Contents”, “Nicotine Dosage and Content”, “Ingredients”, “Manufacturer’s Details” and the “Relevant Safety Warnings”.

Overall dimensions of the MVP 60K packaging box measures 135mm x 73mm x 38mm.
Preparing to Use the MVP 60K kit
Once you open the packaging there are 4 individual items within the box that are sealed in separate polythene foil sachets; the MVP battery/body and 3 different flavored 2ml + 10ml containers.
Tear open each of these sachets and remove the items from their packets. The 3 flavored 2ml + 10ml container pods are identical with the exception of being different flavors.
Take one of the flavored containers and remove the “instructions for use” wrapper that’s around the 2ml + 10ml pods. The 10ml e-liquid reservoir will slip out from the bottom of the 2ml coil housing. Firstly, remove the black silicone mouthpiece plug.
Remove the clear plastic protector from the top of the 10ml e-liquid reservoir, take off the colored plastic base cover and the clear information sticker that’s wrapped around the container. Replace the colored plastic base.
Insert the 10ml e-liquid reservoir into the base of the 2ml coil pod housing. Ensure the circular metal top of the 10ml e-juice reservoir aligns with the circular O-ring in the recess and press the two parts firmly together so the plastic base of the 10ml e-liquid reservoir snaps into place.
Attach the combined 12ml pod housing into the side of the MVP body/battery device ensuring the magnets, coil contact pins and draw activation sensor align on both parts.
Turn the MVP on by pressing the on/off (START) button 5 times. The LCD display will illuminate showing the remaining battery charge percentage and the mode it’s set at. 3 clicks of the START button switches between ECO and MAX mode. Initially set the MVP to Eco mode and you’re ready to start vaping.
MVP 60K Edition Pod Kit Design and Appearance
As we’ve already highlighted, the MVP 60K Edition pod kit consists of 3 different flavored 2ml + 10ml pod containers that attach to the MVP battery/body. When a 12ml (2ml + 10ml) pod housing is connected, the device effectively becomes an MVP 20K device. Because the “edition” pack contains 3 different flavored 12ml pods it’s called an MVP 60K.
The MVP 20K/60K is draw activated, rechargeable, has 2 power levels (Eco and Max) with fixed non-adjustable airflow and utilizes the replaceable 2ml + 10ml coil and e-liquid pods that come in 15 different pre-filled flavors making this a fully TPD compliant pod device.
We received 2 different MVP 60K Edition packs from Innokin, 3 different flavors in each pack so a total of 6 different flavors in all which we’ve detailed later on in the Flavors section.
We’ve given a more detailed breakdown of each of the 3 separate parts of the MVP 60K in the following sub-sections below.
MVP 60K Body/Battery Device
The MVP body/battery is constructed out of matt black Polycarbonate (PC) with multiple shaped patterns on its two sides and measures 80mm tall (excluding the pods) by 25mm deep, 33mm wide and weighs in at 45.25 grams. When the 2ml + 10ml pods are fitted, the combined height is 100mm and weighs in at 95 grams.
One side of the MVP body is concave to allow the combined 2ml + 10ml pods to be attached to form the MVP 20K kit. Inside this cut-out are 2 rectangular bar magnets, 2 gold plated spring loaded coil contact pins, an auto draw sensor and the branding “1000mAh”, “3.70Wh”, “3.7V” and the “UK CA” and “CE” markings.
Powered by an internal 1000mAh capacity battery, it’s rechargeable via the Type-C charging port positioned on the bottom of the MVP body just above the branding “MVP 60K” and “Powered by Innokin”. I couldn’t find any information on the charging current but from the time it took to charge it appears to be 5V/1A.
The kit doesn’t include a charging cable in order to keep the purchase price to a minimum. Charging time took approximately 67 minutes to fully charge and does have pass-thru vaping so you are able to vape while it’s being charged.
Its draw activated with non-adjustable fixed airflow and has dual output wattage control that’s selected by an oval on/off/control button on the side of the MVP casing. 3 presses of the control button switches between Eco and Max modes:
- Eco Mode = 16W
- Max Mode = 22W
Draw activation works faultlessly and the output power in both modes is perfect providing plenty of flavor and vapor (Max mode is more intense). Although primarily aimed as a MTL (Mouth-To-Lung) draw, is fairly airy (loose) and in my opinion suits an RDL draw (Restricted-Direct-To-Lung).
Both these modes when selected are displayed on the clear and sharp LCD display on the top of the MVP body, Eco highlighted in Yellow, Max highlighted in Red. This LCD display also shows the remaining battery charge status using a 3 digit 7-segment readout.
This display illuminates when you draw on the MVP, when the control button is pressed, when the 2ml + 10ml combined pods are removed or attached and when the 10 second vape cut-out is activated.
MVP 2ml Pre-filled Coil Pod
Before we get into the nitty gritty workings of the 2ml Coil pod, while I call it a pod, it’s a bit more than the conventional pods we’ve come to expect. It’s a full height housing with the top half being opaque with an integrated mouthpiece that houses the 0.6 ohm coil.
The bottom half is hollow which accepts the separate 10ml flavored e-liquid reservoir and the side of the housing has the coil contact plates, dual magnets and the air intake that connects into the side of the MVP body. This combined housing holds a total of 12ml of e-liquid.
This pre-filled flavored 2ml coil pod incorporates a non-replaceable 0.6 ohm vertical dual mesh coil with an integrated duckbill style mouthpiece. The mouthpiece and coil housing is made from opaque PCTG material so the e-liquid is clearly visible.
The lower half of the 2ml coil pod is colored, with the color relating to the e-liquid flavor in the pod. The MVP 60K Edition kits we received contained 20mg (2%) nic salts making this TPD compliant. Branding on each side of the 2ml coil housing details; “MVP” in large lettering with the “flavor name” in smaller lettering written underneath.
A small viewing window on the opposite side to the coil contact plates and magnets of the colored housing allow you to view the remaining e-liquid level in the 10ml e-liquid reservoir.
Looking in from the hollow bottom of the 2ml coil pod are two red wires that connect the coil to the coil contacts which are shielded by an enclosed surround. The opposite side of this enclosure is a circular O-Ring that seals the dual mesh coil to the 10ml e-liquid reservoir.
This 2ml coil pod measures 100mm tall, 31mm wide by 22mm deep and weighs 50 grams. When the 10ml e-liquid reservoir is fitted, a latch and lock base plate in the same color as the 2ml coil pod secures the 10ml reservoir into place.
Surprisingly when the combined 12ml pod housing is fitted into the side of the MVP body, it sits 5mm lower than the base of the MVP body so it doesn’t sit flat although it does stand semi-upright.
MVP 10ml Pre-filled E-Liquid Pod (Reservoir)
The 10ml e-liquid pod as the name suggests is a sealed clear opaque container that simply contains 10ml of pre-filled flavored e-liquid that slots into the base of the 2ml coil pod (housing). This pod, as is the 2ml coil pod, is sealed so is disposable i.e. cannot be refilled so once the e-liquid is used up you dispose of the pod (along with the 2ml coil pod) and fit a new one.
This 10ml e-liquid reservoir measures 42mm tall, 25.25mm wide and 18.25mm deep with the top of the reservoir having a 15mm diameter alloy spring loaded cap that’s pierced when the pod is secured into the 2ml housing. This allows the e-liquid to be gravity fed into the 2ml coil pod. The weight of the reservoir with e-liquid is 18 grams.
When fitting the two pods together, the 10ml reservoir can only be fitted one way round. When looking in the base of the 2ml coil pod the alloy top cap has to connect into the O-Ring and NOT the side where the coil wires are located. Alternatively, the alloy top fits in the viewing window side as the photo shows above.
When the combined pods are inserted into the MVP body/battery device, the LCD display will illuminate and flash twice.
MVP 60K Device Performance
The MVP 60K is simple and straightforward to use. Once the 2 pods are connected together and attached to the side of the MVP body, 5 clicks of the power button turns the device on/off and 3 clicks switches between ECO and MAX modes.
Draw activation is very responsive and never faltered and the fixed airflow provides a quiet and smooth airy (loose) MTL/RDL style draw. The LCD display clearly shows the power mode you’re in and the remaining battery charge status.
The 1000mAh capacity battery lasted over 2 days vaping when in ECO mode before requiring recharging. This time reduced to 1.5 days when in Max mode. Charging times were as expected coming in at just over 1 hour with the added benefit of pass-thru so you can vape while it’s on charge.
Keeping an eye on the e-liquid level is easy as both the 10ml e-liquid pod and 2ml coil pod are opaque so you can see what e-liquid is left remaining. Because of the gravity fed system, I would advise tilting the MVP on its side to ensure e-liquid flows into the coil.
On the subject of e-liquid, the flavor from each of the 2 different MVP 60K Edition kits we received (6 flavors) was really very good. The amount of vapor produced from a short 1-2 second draw was pretty impressive, switch to Max mode and the power intensifies along with the vapor production.
The 20,000 puff count from each MVP 20K I feel is a little exaggerated, especially in Max mode. Puff count figures are always ambiguous and depend on the length and frequency of your draw. Of course the 2ml and 10ml e-liquid pods are replaceable so these figure are not overly critical.
MVP 60K Edition Flavors
Innokin were very kind enough to send us 2 of their MVP 60K Edition kits which contain 6 out of the 15 different flavors that are available. All the flavors received contained 20mg (2%) strength nicotine salts as per our TPD regulations and every draw felt dense, satisfying, and full-bodied without ever being overwhelming.
We’ve listed below the 9 different MVP 60K Edition kits that contain all the available flavors and have given a brief description on the 2 Edition kits we received which included 6 different flavors. For reference we’ve put an (*) against those 2 Edition kits:

Blue Edition
Mr. Blue: A blend of mixed berries with blueberry, raspberry and blackberry being the more prominent flavors. The raspberry and blueberry adds a little sharpness to the blend while the blackberry rounds it off with a touch of sweetness. Overall a very nice flavor and no hint of an ice additive.
Blueberry Sour Raspberry: A very authentic combination of juicy blueberry and raspberry minus the sweetness of those fruits with a sharp tart undertone. The sour addition to the blend mimics a coolness on the inhale.
Blueberry Raspberry: Of the three flavors from the Blue Edition, this one was top of my list. Again the blueberry and raspberry complement each other perfectly giving a sharpness on the inhale and a sweet aftertaste. I was detecting the addition of a slightly perfumed violet note which added to the overall blend.
Tropical Edition
Sour Pineapple Ice: It’s SHARP, it’s TART, it’s SOUR, it’s TANGY and definitely one of the lovliest and most authentic pineapple’s I’ve tried in a long time. It does have a frosty kick and certainly leaves the taste buds jumping up and down.
Triple Mango: My least favorite of the Tropical Edition flavors, not because I didn’t enjoy it but being a lover of all types of mango flavor e-liquids I found this more a blend of multiple tropical fruits. The very sweet juicy mango for me was missing.
Tropical Ice: Lots of tropical flavors going on in this one with a burst of ice on the inhale. Very refreshing despite having a sharpness to it. Prolonged vaping on this did begin to freeze my mouth so for me was a little overpowering.
When and How do I Change the 2ml Coil Pod and 10ml E-Liquid Pod?
When your MVP 60K has run out of e-liquid and you start to get a loss of vapor/flavor followed by a dry cotton wool taste, it’s time to replace the combined 2ml coil pod and 10ml e-liquid pod with a new one.
Note: Because of the gravity fed system, it’s worth leaving the MVP 60K device on its side for a few minutes to make sure the last drops of e-liquid flow into the coil.
Switching between old and new pods is very simple. Detach the old combined 2ml + 10ml pod housing from the side of the MVP body and reconnect a new combined pod. We’ve covered how to assemble the 2ml + 10ml pods in Preparing to Use the MVP 60K kit section earlier in the review.
How Do I Charge The MVP 60K?
The MVP 60K’s internal rechargeable 1000mAh capacity battery is charged using a Type-C to USB charging cable (not supplied in the kit) fitted to the USB-C port on the bottom of the MVP 60K body.
Once the battery runs out of charge and the LCD display shows 0% you will need to put the MVP on charge to replenish the battery. Plug your cable into the Type-C USB port and connect the other end into a suitable power source (typically 5V/1A or greater).
When the MVP 60K is placed on charge, the LCD display will illuminate showing the percentage charge in the battery and remains illuminated throughout the charging cycle. As the charge increases, the 3 digit 7-segment numerical value will increase until full charge is reached when the display shows 100%.
Charging time from 0% to 100% takes just over the hour (67 minutes). Vaping while on charge is possible as the MVP has pass-thru but this will increase the overall charging times.
I always advise to charge any device on a non-flammable surface and NEVER leave your vape device unattended while on charge.
MVP 60K Edition Kit Price
At the time of writing, the MVP 60K Edition kit had only just been released so only a few retail sites had this in stock. Two of the sites we visited were selling the kits for £12.99 which considering the performance, simplicity of use and the inclusion of 3 different flavored 2ml + 10ml pods makes this outstanding value for money.

MVP 60K Edition Kit Review Summary
The MVP 60K Edition kit despite its simplicity performs extremely well, has a really good battery life between charges and the flavor, certainly from the 6 different ones we tried were really good. I would categorize it as a starter kit because of the closed system pre-filled pods but equally at home as an out and about back up device.
Having the combination of a replaceable 2ml coil pod and 10ml e-liquid pod provides a massive 12ml of e-liquid which is TPD compliant because of the pod(s) design. Add to this the kit includes 2 additional flavored 12ml pods, 36ml of 3 different flavors (60,000 puffs) in total makes this such a cost effective kit.
Spec wise it’s impressive, 1000mAh battery, on/off power button, dual power mode, pass-thru vaping, LCD display, remaining battery charge percentage and responsive draw activation……what’s not to like!
