Today we’re taking a look at NEXA’s latest innovation; the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition!
We were lucky enough at Vaping Hardware to receive the NEXA ULTRA 50K disposable at the end of last year and were blown away by the impressive design and performance! The NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition looks set to continue this success with a few key improvements.
Both the ULTRA and ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition share a lot of the same design features and parameters. For example, both hold an impressive 800mAh battery along with 20ml of e-juice and are capable of delivering a whopping 50,000 puffs!
On top of that both models have the same fantastic 3D curved display with smart battery readout, a transparent e-liquid tank so you can see exactly how much is left and dual mesh coils that deliver super tasty vapor!
Looking at the two side by side shows the virtually identical design! For me this is great news. I absolutely loved the design of the NEXA ULTRA when I reviewed it a few months back and as the old adage goes…’If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!’.
Where the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition differs is in a few key upgrades over the older model. The most significant of these new features is the option to vape the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud without actually producing any vapor! That’s right….in what I believe is a world first, NEXA have managed to design this model with the ability to create a completely cloud-free vaping experience!
I’ll be honest, when I first heard about this feature I had serious doubts. A vape that doesn’t even produce vapor seemed completely impossible! Read on though to see how we got on using this feature!
A quick word of warning first though, as a non TPD compliant disposable you won’t be able to purchase the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition in the UK or EU regions.

What’s in the Box?
Each NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud comes packaged in a bright, vibrant box with tons of information on the disposable. You’ll notice the first homage to the literary series of Harry Potter on the front cover, with what looks like an imitation of the Hogwarts castle in the background.
This is a theme with the InvisaCloud edition, with even the name being inspired by the invisibility cloak that Harry Potter wears throughout the series. The names of each of the five flavors in the range also elude to magic and mystery.
Each of the five boxes are color coded to correspond with the flavor inside. The ‘Blue Wizard’ box for example is almost entirely colored in blue. Each box also features a unique image on one side with a message to inform the user that a deep inhale results in the cloud disappearing. On the Blue Wizard box there’s an image of…you guessed it…a wizard in a pointy hat!
On the front of the box you’ll also find a picture of the device along with the name, number of puffs and flavor name. There’s also a large mandatory nicotine warning on the bottom third of the front.
On either side of the packaging you’ll see a lot more information including a date of manufacture and contact information for NEXA. There’s also a handy QR code that lets you check the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud you’ve purchased is the real deal.
Finally on the back of the packaging you’ll see several more warnings and lots of information about the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud edition including a list of ingredients and instructions for using it. Once you open up the box you’ll find two sachets, one containing the ULTRA InvisaCloud device and another containing the 15ml insertable tank. There’s also an included card that fully explains the vapor-free feature
Just like the NEXA ULTRA I reviewed before the user manual is again printed onto the sachet containing the device. The manual explains all of the features and tells you what the various smart display notifications mean.
It also gives you a breakdown of how to setup the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud although the process is incredibly easy; simply remove the silicone plug from the mouthpiece and the silicone sleeve and then insert the attachable tank until you hear a click. After that you’re good to go!
NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition | Design and Appearance
In terms of the device itself NEXA have made the interesting choice to take away the colored section we saw on the body of the previous NEXA ULTRA. The 3D curved display is of course still black, but where the ULTRA had a colored section to match the flavor, the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud opts instead for a matte black section in it’s place.
There’s still a pop of color from the LOGO and flavor name which are written along one side of the body, but the rest of the device is completely black. Personally I think it looks great and gives the device a really sleek, stealthy vibe!
I wonder in fact whether the black design was a conscious choice in order to make the device as stealthy as possible. This would certainly make sense when you consider the cloud-free feature means you can vape the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud in places you wouldn’t normally be allowed to vape.
On the remaining section of the device you can still see the opaque tank which lets you see exactly how much e-juice is left in your disposable. This is a design feature I loved on the previous model and I’m so glad they kept it! While most disposables nowadays have an e-juice readout to tell you how much liquid is left in the tank, in my experience these are rarely very accurate and always leave you guessing.
Personally I think there’s no better replacement for being able to directly see how much e-juice is left in the tank with just a quick glance. This completely eliminates the fear we all have as vapers of that dreaded final burnt puff when you realize all too late that the e-juice has been fully vaped!
The 3D curved display is also fantastic and comes complete with a battery readout to tell you how much charge is left. They’ve also kept the light-up chipboard animation that pulses every time you draw on the mouthpiece or put the NEXA InvisaCloud on charge.
While it’s hard to capture this animation in all its glory in the photos, it gives the device a really funky, retro 80s feel which works even better against the matte black design of the body.
And while I moaned in my NEXA ULTRA review that there was no option to turn off this display, NEXA seem to have listened and included a brand new feature that lets you switch off the display and stay incognito.
Simply hold down the function button (located under the USB-C charge port) for three seconds and the majority of the light up screen will turn black. The only part of the display that will still show anything is the central battery readout which gives you the remaining battery charge in a percentage ranging from 0-100%.
When it comes to shape the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud features a fully curved design, apart from a small flat section at the base that allows it to stand upright on a surface. This smooth, rounded shape, paired with its lightweight build of just 95g, makes it incredibly comfortable to hold and grip.
When it comes to size, the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud is also impressively compact. Measuring 103mm tall, 53mm wide, and 29mm deep, it fits snugly in the hand and slips effortlessly into a pocket. I regularly carried both the samples we received at once without feeling encumbered.
Considering its lightweight 95g build and streamlined dimensions, it’s remarkable that the NEXA team has managed to fit in a generous 20ml e-liquid capacity, an 800mAh battery, and a stunning 3D curved display!
Although it’s not as tiny as disposables like the Lost Vape OB5500, it more than makes up for it with a massive 50,000 puff capacity when used solely in NORM mode – almost 10 times the output of a multi-day disposable like the OB5500! Personally, I’d take the dramatically extended vaping time over a smaller disposable any day.
At 95g, the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud is light enough to remain unobtrusive in your pocket while still having enough weight to avoid feeling flimsy. This balance is further reinforced by a robust manufacturing process that results in a sturdy, well-built disposable.
There’s nothing more frustrating than a vape that feels cheap and fragile, breaking the moment it’s dropped! Fortunately, that’s not the case here – after accidentally dropping one of the test units, I found no drop in performance or visible signs of damage.
On the opposite side of the display sits the opaque e-liquid tank, and just beneath it, you’ll find the Type-C USB charging port and the button to switch between NORM and TURBO power modes. As expected with disposable vapes, a charging cable isn’t included, but any standard Type-C charger will work perfectly.
The addition of a mode-switching feature is a fantastic touch! There are two power settings available, with both flavor intensity and vapor production ramping up when switching from NORM mode to TURBO mode. I’ve often found that variable power modes on disposables make only a minor difference, but that’s not the case here.
With the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud, the jump in flavor, vapor output, and throat hit between NORM and TURBO modes is immediately noticeable. However, be aware that while TURBO mode delivers an incredibly satisfying draw, it significantly impacts the device’s lifespan – dropping the estimated total puffs to 30,000 compared to the 50,000 you’d get in NORM mode.
Personally, I found myself preferring the NORM setting. It delivers a solid throat hit and rich flavor while maximizing the number of puffs and extending battery life, meaning fewer recharges.
That’s not to say TURBO mode isn’t impressive – it certainly produces a much denser vapor cloud! But for me, NORM mode strikes the perfect balance and is more than enough to satisfy.
Another noteworthy feature is the adjustable airflow switch located at the bottom of the device. On one end, you’ll get a fairly airy mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, while at the other extreme, the airflow is almost entirely restricted!
In fact, the tightest setting felt so restrictive that getting a proper draw was nearly impossible. Picture trying to sip the thickest milkshake you’ve ever had through a tiny straw – that’s how tight it gets!
That said, no matter where the airflow is set, the auto-draw function works flawlessly. It only takes the slightest inhale to activate the device, making for a smooth and effortless vaping experience.
The NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud also comes equipped with a solid 800mAh battery, which should comfortably last the average vaper at least two days before needing a recharge. Even as a heavy vaper, I was still getting around a day and a half of use before the battery ran out!
Another great perk is the inclusion of pass-through charging, allowing you to continue vaping while the device is plugged in. Just keep in mind that the more you use it while charging, the longer it’ll take to reach full capacity.
At the top of the device sits a large, duckbill-style mouthpiece with a wide oval-shaped opening. Finished in opaque black, it extends 18mm above the body. It’s a little bulkier than some other disposable mouthpieces I’ve come across, but I actually preferred it – it’s just the right size for a secure and comfortable fit against the lips, making it ideal for an MTL draw.
Overall, the design of the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud absolutely lived up to expectations! The 3D wraparound display gives it a cool, retro vibe, and I’m so glad NEXA decided not to mess around with an already fantastic design! The built-in battery readout is also a great touch and the ability to turn off the display this time is a stroke of genius!
One of my favorite features is the transparent e-liquid tank! It’s an incredibly useful addition for a disposable vape, completely removing the usual guesswork and ensuring you never have to worry about unexpectedly running out of e-juice while on the move.
No more surprises when you’re halfway to work – just take a quick puff to check the battery level or glance at the tank to see how much e-liquid remains.
Beyond that, the combination of two power modes and an adjustable airflow system lets you fine-tune your vaping experience to hit that perfect sweet spot! All in all, NEXA has done another outstanding job with the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud!
NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition | Performance
When it comes to performance, the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud absolutely delivers! In fact, I’d go so far as to say it’s one of the best disposable vapes I’ve tried in years – and trust me, I’ve tested more disposables than I can count.
The standout feature for me is the inclusion of a world first cloud-free vaping technology! Like I mentioned earlier, I had some serious misgivings before trying. To be perfectly frank, I didn’t quite understand how it would even be possible to make the vapor from a deep inhale completely disappear.
But….disappear it does! Miraculously a deep inhale followed by a 2 to 3 second breathe hold results in a deeply satisfying vape that produces absolutely no vapor! And I mean absolutely zero vapor! The throat hit remains great but there are zero clouds exhaled.
On top of this is doesn’t matter where you place the airflow slider or whether you prefer a MTL or DTL inhale. Regardless the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition truly does have the ability to vape cloud-free! For some vapers out there this technology could be absolutely revolutionary. Whether you’re an office worker, teacher, uni student or even a police officer…being able to vape while on the job or just in any place you shouldn’t really be vaping, is a massive bonus.
But, rest assured that if you still want to produce vapor you can! If you take a normal draw from the InvisaCloud without the deep inhale to finish, the device still produces an impressive amount of vapor!
Another one of the standout features of the InvisaCloud is just how ridiculously long each device lasts! We received two samples to review, and after nearly a month, I had barely finished just one.
According to NEXA, the InvisaCloud boasts an incredible 50,000 puffs when used exclusively in NORM mode. Even if you crank it up to TURBO mode, you’re still looking at 30,000 puffs – which is more than most multi-day disposables can manage. That alone speaks volumes about its longevity.
This thing just keeps going. However, it’s worth noting that the total number of puffs will vary depending on factors like draw length and vaping frequency. Now, while I didn’t sit down and count every individual puff from start to finish, I do have a solid idea of my daily intake. My wife – who, like me, is a heavy vaper – also shared the device, and between the two of us, we easily hit 1,200 puffs a day. And yet, unbelievably, the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud still lasted us 29 days.
Most of that time, we stuck to NORM mode, occasionally switching to TURBO for a more powerful hit. Considering how affordable the InvisaCloud is (more on that later), getting 29 days of shared vaping from a single device is nothing short of incredible!
For a light or medium vaper who takes around 250 puffs a day – maybe even less – this could easily last well over two months. Not only does that make it one of the most convenient disposables on the market, but also one of the most cost-effective ways to vape!
In terms of the battery life the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud also really exceeded my expectations! With an 800mAh battery, I was anticipating around a full day of heavy vaping—maybe a little less. Instead, the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud consistently pushed through a solid day and a half before needing a recharge.
That means you can head out for the day without worrying about your vape dying halfway through – no need to hunt for a charger while you’re on the go!
When the battery finally runs out, the screen lets you know by flashing five quick times, followed by a short animation. Once you plug in a USB-C cable, the display stays lit with a pulsing effect until the battery reaches 100%. You’ll know it’s fully charged when the screen goes completely black.
The best part? It only takes 65 minutes to go from empty to full, meaning you won’t be waiting around long before you’re good to go again!
As I mentioned earlier, the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud also supports pass-through charging, so there’s no need to wait around when you’re craving a puff. Just keep in mind that the battery readout only updates in 5% increments – the first time I plugged one in, I was convinced something was wrong when it sat at 1% for a full five minutes before finally jumping up!
The choice to equip the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud with dual mesh coils has also clearly paid off, delivering an impressive throat hit and nicotine satisfaction that make each puff incredibly smooth and effective. Since the InvisaCloud currently comes in a 50mg/ml nicotine strength, it only takes a few quick puffs to hit that sweet spot and curb any cravings.
I typically go for a lower nicotine concentration, but I found the 50mg strength surprisingly smooth and satisfying. In the past, I’ve experienced that harsh, throat-tightening sensation with some high-nicotine disposables, but after four weeks of using the InvisaCloud, I never once had that issue.
Beyond the nicotine hit, the dual mesh coils maintain exceptional vapor production and flavor right up until the very last drops of the generous 20ml e-juice capacity. Not once did I experience a burnt or dry hit, and the flavor only started to fade as I reached the tail end of the device’s lifespan.
The auto-draw function was just as impressive. The response is incredibly sensitive, requiring only the lightest inhale to activate the coil, no matter how the adjustable airflow was set.
Speaking of airflow, the InvisaCloud absolutely nails the Mouth-To-Lung (MTL) draw. It delivers a vaping experience that feels remarkably close to smoking a traditional cigarette – smooth, controlled, and deeply satisfying.
And here’s the cherry on top: not a single leak. Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of supposedly leak-resistant disposables fail me, but in my entire time testing the InvisaCloud, I didn’t experience one drop of leakage. That’s a win in my book!
Overall, I was absolutely blown away by the performance of the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud. I went in expecting a solid experience, but it far exceeded my expectations! The lifespan is truly remarkable, and the 800mAh battery provides an impressive amount of vaping time between charges.
When you factor in the incredible performance of the dual mesh coils and the consistent flavor delivery, the InvisaCloud really shines. Add to that the airflow control slider, which lets you fine-tune your draw, and you’ve got one of the best disposables I’ve had the pleasure of testing this year!
For me though the cloud-free vaping feature included with the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud really sets this disposable apart from every other single disposable currently on the market! Although I completely vaped one of the samples we received I’m saving the second sample for those times when vaping is a little frowned upon.
Being able to vape in somewhere like the cinema or just after a meal in the restaurant, without drawing judgement from fellow patrons, makes the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud an incredibly useful disposable to have in your pocket!
NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition | Flavors
Another major highlight of the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud is the incredible, mouth-watering flavors! When we reviewed the NEXA ULTRA at the end of last year, we were thoroughly impressed with the variety and richness of the flavor profiles. The InvisaCloud takes it a step further, building on that fantastic foundation.
At the time of writing the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud has been released with five special edition flavors, each complete with their own magical themed name and icon:

- Watermelon Phantom

- Peach Luna
- Blue Wizard
As you can see the flavors certainly sound intriguing! We were lucky enough to receive both the Blue Wizard and Peach Luna flavors. While taste is incredibly subjective I’ll do my best to give a brief description of each below:
Blue Wizard
An absolutely lip-smacking flavor, the Blue Wizard has a truly authentic blueberry taste that ripples across the tongue when you inhale! I’d go so far as to say it’s the best blueberry flavor I’ve tried on a vape and easily an all-day vape for me!
Peach Luna
Another deeply rich flavor with authentic notes of peach. The Peach Luna flavor bursts with a ripe sweetness on the inhale and lingers on the tastebuds long after the exhale. This flavor was again an all-day vape for me.
Having tried many NEXA flavors in the past, plus two from the most recent InvisaCloud range, I can safely say that NEXA put a great deal of time and effort into crafting rich, authentic flavors that resonate with vapers!
Of the two flavors we received I would happily vape each throughout the day and personally can’t wait to try the other three flavors in the range.

As a relatively new product, there aren’t too many online stores carrying the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud just yet, but I fully expect that to change in the near future!
For the sites that do have it in stock, the price is hovering around the $15 mark. At this price point, it’s an absolute steal – I’m honestly surprised it’s not priced closer to $20 or more!
When you factor in the top-tier build quality, the 50,000 puffs, and the incredibly tasty flavors, $15 is a small price to pay. My wife and I managed to get 29 days out of the sample we used on NORM mode, which works out to just $0.52 per day!
When you stack that up against the eye-watering costs of smoking, the value here is clear as day! If you’re a light to moderate vaper and stick to the NORM power mode, you could easily stretch your InvisaCloud over 60+ days of vaping – probably even longer than that. At that rate the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud is extremely budget friendly!

Overall I was incredibly impressed with the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition! I think NEXA have taken an already fantastic product and added some truly excellent features and flavors!

Like I said back in my review of the NEXA ULTRA last year, this vape is so good that it’s a real shame you have to dispose of the whole device once the e-liquid tank runs dry! I was already a massive fan of the NEXA ULTRA and the inclusion of cloud-free vaping only elevates this thing to a whole new level!
Personally I’m not fully sold on the magical theme but I can understand the link with Harry’s invisibility cloak and I guess it’s a fun gimmick. When you really think about the advantages that cloud-free vaping could bring though, I fully anticipate this being a really popular feature for years to come!
When you add to that the incredible performance from the dual mesh coils, a ridiculously long lifespan of 50,000 puffs and a super reasonable price tag of just $15 and I think the NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud is a strong contender for disposable vape of the year!
