Today we’re reviewing the new Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K kit that’s only just been released to market. We were fortunate to have received two of these kits several weeks ago so we’ve had plenty of time to put them through their paces.
Before we start I should point out this isn’t the first time we’ve come across the “Navi” brand. Voopoo introduced a pod mod with this name back in 2020 but this new Navi is a completely different beast.
The Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K pod kit is a two part draw activated vape pod system that incorporates a refillable and replaceable pod section having an e-liquid capacity of 2ml + 10ml (12ml). It includes variable airflow control on the base of the pod and has an integrated 0.6 ohm dual mesh coil.
Its power and control section has a rechargeable 1500mAh battery, USB-C charging, dual operating modes of Normal and Turbo with a full height curved display screen showing the selected mode and remaining battery charge.
These two sections (pod and battery) snap and lock together resulting in a seamless, compact and ergonomic design providing an 80K puff device (normal mode) with each pod designed to last for up to 30ml of e-liquid. Overall dimensions of the Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K kit are 86.25mm high, 26mm wide and 51.5mm deep.
Voopoo have teamed up with Cyph, an American e-liquid manufacturer, for this device and included in the kit is a 30ml bottle of flavored Cyph salts e-liquid at a nicotine strength of 50mg.
There are a total of 12 different Cyph salts flavors to choose from and each flavored kit comes in a different color. Once the e-liquid has run out, or the coil in the pod reaches its end of life, refill pod packs can be bought and snapped into position to continue vaping.
The Navi x Cyph 80K kit while resembling those high puff disposables in appearance, because of its design is bridging the gap between these disposable devices and refillable and replaceable pod kits.

Note 1: The Voopoo Navi battery/body section measures 71.6mm x 26mm x 28.8mm. The 2ml + 10ml pod housing measures 86.25mm x 26mm x 27.2mm. When the pod housing is attached to the Voopoo Navi body, the overall dimensions are 86.25mm x 26mm x 51.5mm.
Note 2: We couldn’t find any information relating to the charging current of the USB-C charging port, however, because of the charging times we experienced, we believe the charging current is 1.25A.

Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Pod Kit Packaging
The packaging consists of a yellow cardboard box with a flip open top flap that once opened gives access to the packaging contents. Inside the cardboard box is a 3 compartment plastic slide out insert that houses the 3 individual components of the kit plus a small user manual:

On the front of the box is a photo of the Voopoo Navi kit in the color of the included device together with a cut-out window showing the 30ml bottle of Cyph flavored e-liquid salts. Branding on the box includes “Voopoo Navi x Cyph Salts”, “E-liquid built in the USA”, “30ml / 50mg/ml Salts”, “80K Puffs Starter Kit”, “Flavor name” and the “Nicotine Safety Warning”.
Its reverse side of the box details “Voopoo Navi with the kit contents”, “Cyph Salts with the contents including e-liquid size and strength”, “Manufacturer’s Details”, the “Relevant Safety Warnings” and a “Bar Code”.
The left side of the box shows “Voopoo x Cyph” and a “QR Code about Voopoo”. The right side displays 4 separate boxed icons; “Disposable-style Flavors”, “Built-In 1500mAh”, “Refillable and Replaceable Pod”, “Dual Mesh Coil” and a “Bar Code”.
Overall dimensions of the Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Kit packaging box measures 157mm x 88.5mm x 35mm.
Preparing to Use the Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Pod Kit
Once you open the packaging, slide out the plastic insert and remove the Navi battery/body, the Navi 2ml+10ml pod that’s in the clear sealed sachet and the 30ml bottle of flavored e-liquid salts.
Tear open the sachet that’s surrounding the Navi pod and discard the wrapper. Remove the thin film protector that’s covering the e-liquid fill port stopper which has the e-liquid bottle symbol and the words “Keep the pod flat while filling, then wait 5 minutes before use” printed on it.
Open the black silicone rubber fill port stopper to gain access to the fill port opening from the direction of the arrow that’s indented into the rubber.
Undo the 30ml Cyph salts bottle and fill up the Navi 2ml+10ml pod then refit the rubber stopper. Do let the e-liquid inside the pod settle and saturate the wicking material for 5-15 minutes before using.
Remove the clear plastic film protector from the display screen on the Voopoo Navi battery/body.
Connect the two halves (Navi battery/body and Navi pod) together ensuring the magnets, battery pins and draw activation sensor align on both parts. As the two parts come together, they will snap and lock into place by the two magnets.
When the two parts make contact, the display will initially illuminate showing the remaining battery charge percentage and the mode it’s set at.
Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Pod Kit Design and Appearance
As we’ve already highlighted, the Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K pod kit consists of 3 different items:
- The Navi body/battery with dual operating modes and full height display screen
- The Navi 2ml + 10ml refillable pod with variable airflow control and its 0.6 ohm dual mesh coil
- A 30ml bottle of Cyph flavored e-liquid at 50mg (5%) strength Nic Salts
When the Navi pod is filled with the Cyph e-liquid and attached to the Navi body/batter, it effectively becomes a draw activated rechargeable dual power mode (NORM and TURBO) device with variable airflow providing up to 80,000 puffs from a single pod.
We received 2 different flavored Navi x Cyph 80K kits from Voopoo to review and for the purpose of clarity we’ve separated the 3 separate parts of the Navi x Cyph kit into the following sub-sections below.
Voopoo Navi Body/Battery Device
The Navi body/battery is constructed out of semi-matte colored Polycarbonate (PC) with “Navi” screen printed on one side and “Voopoo” with 4 shaped patterns on its other side. Dimensions of the Navi Battery/body measures 71.6mm tall (excluding the pod section) by 26mm deep, 28.8mm wide and weighs in at 47.3 grams.
On the reverse face of the Navi battery/body, which is semi concave in shape, are 2 rectangular bar magnets, 2 gold plated spring loaded power contact pins and an auto draw sensor. Above the contact pins are the standard “CE” and crossed “Bin” markings. This side of the device is concealed when the Navi Pod is attached.
The front face of the Navi body/battery has a full height and width curved smoked black panel. This incorporates a rectangular power mode control button, a USB-C charging port which we believe is 5V/1.25A and a multi-colored 1.6 inch screen. The display illuminates when you draw on the device and shows the remaining battery charge from two 7-segment digits, the selected power mode (NORM or TURBO) you’re using and a multi-shape graphical animated pattern.
Powered by a pretty large internal 1500mAh capacity rechargeable battery, Voopoo state a single charge lasts 5 days when in NORM mode and 2.5 days when used in TURBO mode. I think these figures are a little ambitious but we will put this to the test.
The Navi x Cyph 80K kit doesn’t include a charging cable in order to keep the purchase price to a minimum. Charging time took approximately 80 minutes to fully charge but sadly it doesn’t include pass-thru vaping so you’re not able to vape while it’s being charged.
Functionality is very simple with just the 1 control button at the top of the display panel. Each press of this button will switch between NORM and TURBO modes with the display showing which mode is selected. We couldn’t find out what power (wattage) these modes operate at, but unlike other devices we’ve reviewed in the past, there IS a noticeable difference in performance between the two modes.
The control button doesn’t have any other function and doesn’t double as an ON/OFF button as the Navi is always powered. Drawing on the pod, pressing the control button or connecting the battery and pod together will illuminate the display for approximately 10 seconds and then extinguish until the next action.
This display is clear, uncluttered and also bright giving a good readout of the remaining battery charge. Unlike some other Voopoo kits, the display remains illuminated throughout the charging cycle so you know it’s being charged.
Because the digital read-out of the remaining battery charge only has two 7-segment digits, full charge will read 99% and no charge reads 00%. We’ve listed the accumulated charging time percentages later on in the How Do I Charge the Navi x Cyph 80K section.
Voopoo Navi 2ml + 10ml Pod (12ml)
The Navi Pod is a full height 2ml + 10ml (12ml) capacity refillable pod containing an integrated 0.6 ohm dual mesh coil with a variable airflow slider on the base of the housing. It forms one half of the Navi x Cyph 80K kit and measures 86.25mm tall, 26mm deep by 27.2mm wide. Overall weight of the pod including approximately 12ml of e-liquid is 41.7 grams.
It’s constructed out of colored polycarbonate (PC) with the bottom half of the pod matching the color of the Navi battery/body but in a slightly different shade and encased in a clear hard shell. The top half of the pod is the clear e-liquid reservoir but has a very slight tint equalling the color of the bottom half and incorporates an integrated duckbill style mouthpiece.
The e-liquid is clearly visible through this tint making it easy to see when it’s time to refill. Do note that letting the e-liquid level fall too low and vaping on it will destroy the coil and make the pod unusable.
Similar to the Navi battery/body, the concealed back half of the Navi pod when it’s connected to the Navi battery/body has 2 rectangular bar magnets, 2 gold plated spring loaded power contact pads, an air intake hole and the branding “Voopoo”, “Navi Pod” and the standard “CE” and crossed “Bin” markings.
The top back half of the Navi pod includes the black silicone rubber e-liquid port stopper with the words “Open” and a directional “Arrow” branded into the rubber.
Opening this stopper reveals the 4.5mm x 3.6mm e-liquid filling port.
One side of the Navi pod has no markings on it, the other side has 4 discreetly shaped patterns on it and the curved front has the “Flavor” name embossed onto the outer shell.
This flavor name matches the 30ml Cyph flavor e-liquid bottle that’s included in the kit. Voopoo state the pod has a useful coil life to completely finish the contents of the 30ml bottle but there’s no reason why if the coil is still performing you can fill the pod with your own e-liquid.
As we’ve already mentioned, the base of the Navi pod incorporates the variable airflow slider. When open, 3 small holes are visible which produces a restricted-direct-to-lung (RDL) draw style. Reducing the air intake tightens the draw to a mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw and closing the airflow lever inhibits the draw.
Cyph 30ml Bottle of Flavored Nic Salts
As part of the collaboration between Voopoo and Cyph, the Navi x Cyph 80K kit includes a 30ml bottle of Cyph flavored nic salts at a strength of 50mg (5%). There are a total of 12 different flavors to choose from with each flavor relating to the color of the device which we listed earlier in this review.
We are unable to verify if the Cyph e-liquid bottles come in different nic salt strengths but refill pod kits are available which include both the pod and 30ml of e-liquid.
Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Pod Kit Device Performance
First Use
Simply take out of the packaging, remove the clear film protectors, fill up the Navi Pod with e-liquid and connect the two halves together. Adjust the airflow to open and select normal mode by pressing the control button on the top of the display. The Navi x Cyph 80K kit comes pre-charged with a nominal charge so you’re good to vape straight away.
Airflow
Airflow is adjustable from the sliding lever on the base of the Navi Pod. I found my ideal vape was with the airflow fully open which gave me a nice restricted-direct-to-lung (RDL) draw. When the airflow is just off the closed position it gave a reasonably tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw. Closing the air intake restricted the draw too much.
The airflow slider is quite restrictive and once placed in position it won’t move on its own accord. The slider has a ribbed surface which helped greatly when making any airflow adjustments.
Auto Draw
The draw is responsive and very smooth with no gurgling or spitting. The auto draw worked every time irrespective of the position of the airflow slider.
Flavor and Vapor
Sadly we only received 2 different flavors to try (more on these in the flavor section), but from the two we sampled both were enjoyable and flavorsome without being too strong. Neither of the two flavor came across as over-sweet and both had slight traces of ice additive.
The amount of vapor was impressive and much more than I expected even when used in normal mode. Change the mode to turbo and the vapor increased even from a shorter draw.
NORM and TURBO Mode
A single press of the power mode button switches between NORM and TURBO and vice versa with each press and the display will highlight which mode is selected. NORM mode produces a very good vape and I was more than happy vaping in this mode all day long especially as it conserves battery power.
Switch to TURBO mode and the intensity of the vape increases as does the amount of vapor but this does eat into the battery life.
Puff Count
Puff count (especially high puff counts) are always difficult to verify and very subjective as it depends on the length and frequency of your draw (puffs). Voopoo state an 80K puff count and I’m assuming this figure relates to the number of puffs achieved from the 30ml flavored bottle of Cyph nice salts. However, it could also relate to the lifespan of the pod which in this case is also 30ml.
I didn’t physically record the number of puffs I achieved each day but from past experience I average around 500 puffs as I am a reasonably heavy vaper. The 50mg nic strength of the Cyph e-liquid meant I vaped less frequently (possibly 300-400 puffs) but my length of draw is normally anywhere between 2-3 seconds.
Each 30ml bottle of e-liquid lasted me around 11 days therefore this would equate to a puff count in the range 10,000 – 13,500. What I found that even once I used all the Cyph e-liquid, the pod/coil still worked which meant l continued filling the Navi pod with my own e-liquid.
Battery Life
The stated 5 days from a single charge when in Normal mode and 2.5 day in Turbo was a bit over adventurous and I couldn’t achieve these figures.
With the 1500mAh battery fully charged, I was achieving nearly 3 days of use in Normal mode and 1.5 days in Turbo mode on a single charge before the battery became discharged (00%). I’m a reasonably heavy vaper and the Voopoo Navi hardly left my side and the figures I obtained were as expected for a battery of this size.
The intensity of the draw remained constant right up to the time the battery reached its discharge state and the display flashed 3 times.

Overtime Protection
Overtime protection cut-out is 10 seconds but because of the intensity of the draw and the strength of the nic salts, I found my vape time never exceeded 4-5 seconds so was unable to verify this.
Does It Leak?
Throughout the time I’ve been using and reviewing the Navi x Cyph 80K kits, there were no signs of leaking or condensation around the fill port opening or on the side of the battery/body casing.

Voopoo were kind enough to send us 2 of their Navi x Cyph 80K pod kits to review from their range of 12 different available flavors. The Cyph salt flavors come in a 30ml bottle having a nicotine strength of 50mg (5%).

Blue Razz Ice Flavor
A full raspberry flavor which came through sharp, slightly tart with a pleasant sweet raspberry aftertaste. The included ice additive gave a cool refreshing vibe to the flavor and didn’t come across as being too overpowering.
Fcuking Fab Flavor
This is the first time I’ve tried Fcuking Fab flavor so wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and it’s a flavor that leaves you wanting more yet is quite difficult to pinpoint any one particular flavor.
I can only describe it as a mixture of tropical fruits with a candy like twist with a hint of coolness thrown in for good measure. I detected a slight sweet raspberry vibe on the inhale with an aftertaste of a cocktail mix of tropical fruits, such as mango and pineapple.
How do I Fill the Voopoo Navi 12ml Pod?
The fill port opening is located on the reverse side of the Navi pod casing that connects to the Navi battery/body and is concealed behind a black silicon rubber flap. The two halves of the Navi x Cyph 80K kit have to be separated in order for filling to take place.
A small arrow, just below the words “Open” are indented on the rubber flap highlighting which end of the rubber stopper lifts away to gain access to the fill port.
This silicone rubber flap is attached to the pod by a small rubber pin so there’s no chance of it getting lost. It can be swivelled side-wards when you’re filling to give that little more free room. Because the fill port opening is pretty wide (4.5mm x 3.6mm), it easily accepts the Cyph e-liquid bottle tip.
Pull open the rubber flap and insert the e-liquid bottle tip into the opening. Tilt the pod on its side to aid filling and to get the maximum amount of e-liquid into the pod. Once filled, re-insert the silicon rubber flap making sure the fill port is securely re-seated.
Quick Tip: If you are filling the pod for the first time, once filled, leave to stand for approx. 10-15 minutes before you start to vape. This will help saturate the wick fully in e-liquid and help prolong the life of the coil/pod.
When and How do I Change the Navi 2ml+10ml E-Liquid Pod?
As with any refillable pod that contains an integrated non replaceable coil, once the flavor/vapor starts to diminish or you get a dry cotton wool/burnt taste, it’s time to replace the Navi 2ml + 10ml pod with a new one.
As we pointed out earlier, even though you may have finished the 30ml bottle of Cyph e-liquid, if the coil is still performing, you can refill with your own e-liquid.
Switching between old and new pods is very simple. Detach the Navi 12ml pod housing from the side of the Navi battery/body and reconnect a new pod after first filling it with e-liquid and letting it settle for 10-15 minutes before using.
How Do I Charge The Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Pod Kit?
The Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K’s internal rechargeable 1500mAh capacity battery is charged using a Type-C to USB charging cable (not supplied in the kit) fitted to the USB-C port on the front of the Navi 80K body at the bottom of the display screen.
Once the battery runs out of charge and the display flashes 00% 3 times, you will need to put the Navi on charge to replenish the battery. Plug your cable into the Type-C USB port and connect the other end into a suitable power source (typically 5V/1A or greater).
When the Voopoo Navi is placed on charge, the display will illuminate showing the percentage charge in the battery, the lightning bolt icon flashes and the colored graphical display will cycle. A plus point of this display is the screen remains illuminated throughout the charging cycle.
As the charge increases, the 2 digit 7-segment numerical value will increase until full charge is reached when the display shows 99% and the lightning bolt and graphical display remains static (no longer flashing and cycling). The display will remain in this condition until the charging cable is removed.
Charging time from 0% to 99% (full charge) takes approximately 80 minutes. Unfortunately the Voopoo Navi doesn’t facilitate pass-thru so you can’t vape while it’s being charged.
We monitored the elapsed time the Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K took to charge at different percentage intervals up to the point full charge was reached as outlined below:
- 10% of charge took 06 minutes
- 20% of charge took 14 minutes
- 30% of charge took 22 minutes
- 40% of charge took 30 minutes
- 50% of charge took 39 minutes
- 60% of charge took 47 minutes
- 70% of charge took 56 minutes
- 80% of charge took 64 minutes
- 90% of charge took 72 minutes
- 99% (Full charge) took 80 minutes
When the Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K kit was being charged, the device remained cool to the touch but I always advise to charge this, and any other device for that matter, on a non-flammable surface.
I always advise to charge any device on a non-flammable surface and NEVER leave your vape device unattended while on charge.
Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Kit Price
At the time of writing, the Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K kit had only just been released so only a few retail sites had this in stock. The websites we visited were selling the kits for £15 and $25 which considering the performance, simplicity of use and the inclusion of 30ml of e-liquid makes this very good value for money.

Voopoo Navi x Cyph 80K Kit Vaping Review Summary
The Navi x Cyph 80K kit despite its simplicity performs extremely well, has a very good battery life between charges and the flavor, certainly from the 2 we tried were very nice. Variable airflow controls the draw from restricted direct-to-lung through to an airy mouth-to-lung.
A 12ml refillable e-liquid reservoir with an integrated 0.6 ohm dual mesh coil provides great performance from the included 30ml bottle of Cyph flavored nic salts. Spec wise it’s impressive, 1500mAh battery, dual power modes, large bright graphical display with remaining battery charge percentage and responsive draw activation.
