Today we’re reviewing the ZOVOO Dragbar B6500, the new multi-day disposable released under the Dragbar series from the vape brand ZOVOO.
If you’re not familiar with disposables, the earliest releases featured a small battery and two – three ml of e-juice. You’d vape until you run out of e-juice and/or battery, at which point you’d just throw it away and open a new one.
These multi-day disposables are slightly different, in that they hold a larger amount of e-juice and a rechargeable internal battery. The idea being, you recharge the disposable (usually a handful of times) over several days (at least!) and vape until you run out of e-juice.
We’ve reviewed several ZOVOO Dragbar disposables over the last year, with each new release offering something a little different from its predecessor.
In this case, the Dragbar B6500 not only features a 13ml e-juice capacity and an impressive 6,500 puffs – it also reportedly features ZOVOO’s new e-juice formula and a brand new mesh coil design; the Mesh Coil 2.0.
This new mesh coil supposedly allows for more efficient e-juice consumption and improved flavor consistency.
In other words, the 13ml of e-juice is supposed to comfortably last a full 6,500 puffs and provide improved (and more importantly consistent) flavor right up until the last puff.
Does it make a difference, or is it another gimmick in a heavily saturated disposable vape market?…
Well we’re on a mission to find the best disposable you can get your hands on, whatever your budget or vaping style.
So keep reading and find out if the Dragbar B6500 deserves a spot on the list!

What’s in the Box?
First of all, let me throw some packaging info at you.
It’s a pretty standard design – a box made of thin card, color-coded to match the flavor of the disposable inside.
The Dragbar logo, number of puffs, e-juice capacity, flavor name and nicotine strength are all printed on the front of the box, with a picture of the Dragbar B6500 and the usual nicotine warning.

On one side of the box the flavor name is printed again, with a QR code you can scan for technical support. I’ve never noticed this before on a disposable, but scanning it just takes you to the ZOVOO website, where presumably you can get in touch with them if you have an issue.

On the other side of the box there’s a bunch of warnings (don’t vape while pregnant, don’t let your dog vape etc) and another QR code which you can scan to check the Dragbar B6500 you’ve bought is authentic.

On the reverse of the box you’ll find the ingredients, disposable specs and manufacturer details, including ZOVOO’s social media handles, address and website URL.

Like I said, it’s a pretty standard design but it’s nicely done nonetheless. Bright, bold and colorful are the name of the game and ZOVOO do it just about as well as anybody.

One minor issue I do have with the packaging, or at least the info on the packaging, is the fact they don’t disclose the PG/VG ratio of the e-juice. This has been the case with almost every disposable I’ve ever vaped and I don’t understand why more manufacturers aren’t listing it.
I suffer from a mild PG intolerance and although it’s bearable enough that I can enjoy a disposable without too much of an issue (thankfully!) it would still be nice to know how much PG is in the juice.
Anyway, open the box and you’ll find the Dragbar B6500 disposable sealed in a clear, plastic wrapper. Tear open the wrapper, remove the silicone plug from the mouthpiece …

… and peel off the sticker from the airflow at the base of the disposable.

The ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 comes pre-charged and ready to vape, so now you’re all good to go.
ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 | Design & Appearance
In terms of design, the Dragbar B6500 is similar to the B5000 Cosmic Edition we reviewed earlier this year, albeit with a couple of significant improvements.

The B6500 is slightly larger, measuring in at 83.4mm in height, 43.98mm in width and 19.75mm in depth. However, it’s still impressively compact considering it holds 13ml of e-juice and a 500mAh battery.

I hate leaving the house without a backup vape and the B6500 is small and lightweight enough (at only 54g) that you can easily fit a couple in a pocket without too much trouble.

If you’re after something smaller, or pen-style disposables are more your cup of tea, I’d opt for something like the BECO Osens M and/or SKE Crystal Bar. Both decent disposables with plenty to offer if you don’t like the ‘box-mod’ style disposables.
But back to the Dragbar B6500 – It’s rectangular in shape, with rounded corners and a smooth Polycarbonate finish. This smooth finish and the compact size make the B6500 very comfortable to hold and it fits easily in the palm of your hand.

ZOVOO have opted for a gradient color design with the Dragbar B6500, with the color matching the flavor of the disposable. Lemon Pie is a vivid yellow, Strawberry Watermelon Ice is bright red, you get the picture.

Branding is minimal, with Dragbar B6500 printed vertically and the flavor name horizontally – both in clean, white lettering.
The mouthpiece at the top of the disposable is roughly 14mm in height and matches the body of the Dragbar B6500 in terms of color. However, unlike the Polycarbonate material used in the rest of the B6500, the mouthpiece is made from TPU; a softer, slightly flexible plastic.

It’s a design/material we’ve seen recently with the Mr Fog Switch disposable and it’s a trend we can definitely get behind! The TPU mouthpieces are extremely comfortable to vape on and remind me of the flexible drip-tips you get with a traditional vape tank.
At the bottom of the Dragbar B6500 you’ll find the Type-C USB charging port, a single airflow hole and the LED indicator.

To charge the Dragbar B6500 you’ll need a USB charging cable – for some reason ZOVOO don’t include one with the disposable.
Just plug one end into a suitable outlet and the other into the USB port on the underside of the disposable.

The 500mAh battery takes about an hour to fully charge and the Dragbar B6500 supports pass-through vaping, which means you can vape while it’s on charge.
The LED indicator performs the usual functions; flashing several times when you’re out of battery, lighting up when you take a puff and remaining lit while you’re charging the 500mAh battery.
There’s nothing groundbreaking in terms of design, but overall I think ZOVOO have done a great job with the Dragbar B6500.

It’s well-built and robust, comfortable to hold/vape and impressively compact and lightweight.
ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 | Performance
In terms of performance, things get even better.
The auto-draw function is smooth and responsive, with the coil ramping up as soon as you take a puff. Even on a short draw, you can feel the Dragbar B6500 immediately kicking into gear and heating the coil.
The airflow is almost spot on for me. It’s a fairly tight, restrictive MTL (mouth-to-lung) draw, similar to the draw you get smoking a cigarette. However, it’s just slightly airier than I personally prefer and I would love to see ZOVOO introduce variable airflow on their next disposable.
As you’d expect with 50mg/ml nicotine salt, the throat hit and nicotine delivery are superb, with each puff producing a satisfying kick.

Unfortunately though, it looks like the Dragbar B6500 isn’t currently available in any other nicotine strength.
It’s not a major issue if you’re used to the higher nicotine strength, but it’s a shame the Dragbar B6500 isn’t available in a 20mg or lower strength for those that prefer it.
Vapor production is impressive for a disposable, with each puff kicking out a decent plume of the white stuff. It’s not quite comparable with the old box-mod and tank setups, but it definitely kicks out more vapor than you’re likely to need if you’re using the Dragbar B6500 as a cigarette replacement.
Flavor is exceptional and far better than I’d been expecting. The flavors I tested were all crisp, full-bodied and bursting with flavor. ZOVOO advertised the Dragbar B6500 as featuring an improved e-juice recipe and a new coil design; the Mesh Coil 2.0.
Whatever they’ve done, it works! The flavor these disposables kick out is nothing short of amazing and it’s easily the standout feature for me.

Battery life is decent, with about 3/4 of a day off a full charge for me personally. YMMV (your mileage may vary) as I vape heavily throughout the day, but I’d take an educated guess and say most vapers should be able to squeeze at least a full day out of a fully charged B6500 if you’re not chain vaping.
Far more impressive is the overall longevity of the Dragbar B6500. I’ll be completely honest, I didn’t count the number of puffs I got out of each disposable, but on average I’ve been getting between 8 – 9 full days of vaping!

If you’re a light or casual vaper, you could comfortably make each Dragbar B6500 last 2 – 3 weeks, or even longer.
Let’s work on the assumption you’re vaping for roughly 14 hours a day, and let’s say you’re taking around 20 puffs an hour (the equivalent of 1 – 2 cigarettes). That works out to 280 puffs per day, give or take. Now if we divide the 6,500 total puffs by the 280 daily puffs, you can see it’s possible to stretch each Dragbar B6500 out to over 23 days of vaping!
When you factor in the price (more on this later) per Dragbar B6500, if you’re a smoker getting through 15 – 20 cigarettes a day and you’re thinking of making the switch to vaping, you could save yourself a small fortune.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the performance of the ZOVOO Dragbar B6500. The throat hit, vapor production and battery life are all impressive. But where the Dragbar B6500 really shines for me is the flavor and overall longevity!
ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 | Flavors
The ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 is currently available in 20 different flavors:
- Whipped Pineapple

- Blue Razz Ice
- Cool Mint
- Clear
- Strawberry Ice Cream

Overall a really decent flavor range with seemingly something for everyone. The range is top-heavy in the fruity-based flavors but it’s also great to see a Tobacco flavor and even a couple of dessert-based flavors!
I’m not sure what exactly the ‘Clear’ flavor is, unless maybe it’s a flavorless option. If you’ve tried this flavor, please drop a comment at the bottom of the post – I’m really curious about this one!
ZOVOO were kind enough to send us 5 flavors from the range so I’ll do my best to describe each of them.
Strawberry Kiwi Ice

The Strawberry Kiwi Ice is a delicious blend of super sweet strawberry, with sharp, ripe kiwi and a really icy blast of menthol.
The sweet and sharp work perfectly together in this flavor and I found this one hard to put down.
As with all the flavors we tested, this really packs a punch!
The perfect flavor if you like fruity flavored disposables with an icy kick.
Peach Ice

The Peach Ice tastes exactly like you’d expect – a juicy, sweet peach on the inhale with a refreshing icy kick.
The peach here tastes incredibly authentic, exactly like you’re eating a mouthful of fresh, chilled peach!
I’m not usually a fan of single-note flavors but this one really surprised me.
Definitely an all-day vape and a flavor I’ll be buying in the future.
Strawberry Watermelon Ice

The Strawberry Watermelon Ice is a perfectly blended mix of sweet strawberry, juicy watermelon and icy menthol.
Hands down my favorite flavor of the 5 I tried, this one is perfect for the warmer weather!
Delicious and mouth-watering, ZOVOO have absolutely nailed this recipe for me.
Highly recommend!
Blue Razz Ice

Blue Razz Ice is a flavor that’s done to death in the disposable industry but it’s still delicious nonetheless.
A medley of sharp, tart blueberry and sweet raspberry, with an effervescent feel to it and a strong icy blast.
ZOVOO’s take on this flavor is actually really good and it’s another flavor I could easily vape all day.
Another winner!
Lemon Pie

The Lemon Pie flavor is the only dessert-type flavor ZOVOO sent us and it was probably my least favorite of the 5 I tried.
Not because it’s a bad flavor, but I’m not a fan of lemon pie so this was an obvious swing and miss for me.
As you might imagine, the flavor notes here are sweet, sharp lemon with a creamy, biscuity pastry flavor note.
If you like lemon pie you’ll love this flavor, but sadly not for me.
ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 | Price
In terms of price, the ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 is a new release and therefore not yet widely available.
However, I did manage to find the B6500 for sale at ElementVape for just $13.99 – an amazing price considering how long each disposable should last you!
I expected the Dragbar B6500 to retail for around $20 so anything under that price is a no-brainer if you’re looking for a great multi-day disposable that lasts a long time and ticks all the right boxes as far as flavor, vapor etc.

I don’t know if I’d necessarily recommend using any disposable as your sole vaping device, because the cost can quickly add up if you’re vaping heavily like I do.
Having said that, even vaping heavily throughout the day, I get about 8 – 9 days out of each Dragbar B6500. For me that would work out at under $60 for a full month of vaping, which is still far cheaper than an equivalent smoking habit!
If you want to take advantage of the current price at ElementVape, the below link will take you directly to their site. We’re not affiliated with them so I can’t comment on customer service, delivery times etc. If you do order from them, let me know how you get on in the comments below.

- That’s it!
Overall I’m really impressed with the ZOVOO Dragbar B6500. For me, the flavor is by far the main selling point and I think ZOVOO have absolutely nailed the e-juice recipes. Of the 5 flavors I tried, all were well-blended, dense and bursting with flavor.
However, equally impressive is the vapor production, throat hit and longevity. In fact it was hard to find a single thing I didn’t like about the B6500.
If I was forced to find a fault, I would say ZOVOO have missed a trick only making it available in the 50mg/ml nicotine option. This is probably too high for a large percentage of vapers who would otherwise have flocked to buy the Dragbar B6500.
All things considered though, if 50/mg is a strength you’re happy vaping, the Dragbar B6500 is a fantastic little disposable and I highly recommend it!
That’s it folks! Thanks for reading our ZOVOO Dragbar B6500 disposable review – please share, like and comment! Happy Vaping!
